Position Highlights:
* Clinic Locations: Beaumont, CA
* Outpatient: Primary Care including office consults, annual visits, follow up appointments and in office procedures
* Appointment Schedule: Monday - Friday; 40 / 20 minutes for consults and follow up appointments

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $229,500 to $378,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. Responsibilities:
Underwrites new and existing subdivision account submissions of virtually all sizes and complexities utilizing underwriting authority granted by Chief Underwriting Officer and adhering to required underwriting guidelines. Makes thorough evaluations and assessments of a developer`s financial, technical, organizational, and management capacities, as well as apply a high level of subjective judgment of character, normally based upon data/insights provided by the field organization only. Incorporates expert level of knowledge regarding accounting, legal and organizational/managerial disciplines.
With field underwriters and/or Bond Managers, meet with clients to facilitate assessments and/or provide direction for topics to be addressed with agents, principals, and others as necessary.
Partners with field staff to identify, solicit, and contact significant producers in assigned territory under guidance from Bond Manager and more senior home office underwriting staff.
Monitors, evaluates, and improves existing books of business from an underwriting standpoint as assigned and ensures compliance with Surety guidelines. Continuously evaluates the qualitative characteristics of new and existing business within assigned field offices. Assesses and identifies changes in all aspects of the business including, but not limited to, work program to financial strength criteria, nature of work performed (inherent risk), accuracy and timeliness of data flow, and exposure analyses. Coordinates and/or surfaces issues to manager and/or field Bond Manager. As directed by more senior staff/manager, monitors marketing, underwriting and/or administrative issues within various offices, as assigned. Prepare, recommend, and/or implement instructions for administering workflows and accounting/billing issues to service unique situations.
Utilizes various applications and data and analyzes statistical and financial reports, claims data, and other financial exhibits/data to ensure the quality of existing and new business. Communicates issues of concern on new and existing business to the applicable field office product line underwriter and/or Bond Manager, as necessary and inputs data on accounts to complete or modify analyses and maintain lines of credit in a current and accurate matter. Pursues resolution of open issues, documents result and adjusts credit parameters extended to specific accounts based upon such facts and findings. Applies sound reason and business logic to credit recommendations, documenting such logic file and communicate credit recommendations to more senior Home Office and Field underwriting staff, as necessary.
May directly manage and/or provide underwriting support and direction to less experienced underwriting staff/interns.
As necessary, collaborates with Claims staff to evaluate and/or resolve claim issues and as appropriate, takes immediate action to restrict credit on affected account. Keeps senior underwriting staff/manager informed of claims issues.

Qualifications
Degree in Business or related field typically required
A minimum of 7 years expected, typically 10 years or more, of progressive surety underwriting experience and/or other related business experience with progressive responsibility desired
Advanced analytical ability and decision-making skills to evaluate and judge underwriting risks within scope of responsibility
Demonstrated ability to make and clearly communicate sound underwriting recommendations that includes complex analyses, both verbal and written, and displays strong interpersonal skills in dealing with internal and external stakeholders
Must demonstrate comprehension of most complex technical underwriting issues and be capable of defining and implementing necessary underwriting and administrative processes/workflows

Job Description:
Johnson & Johnson MedTech Electrophysiology is recruiting for a Vice President, Global Supply Chain Planning located in Irvine, CA.
The Vice President, Electrophysiology Plan is responsible for developing and leading the end-to-end strategic direction of the Electrophysiology Supply Chain Plan organization to drive best-in-class supply chain processes. This role covers 3 main areas of responsibility: drive transformational change (e.g., advancing digital capabilities), orchestrate E2E planning across functions and franchise platforms while demonstrating strong business acumen, and lead the operational/transactional day-to-day foundational planning activities. This includes functional responsibility for demand planning (consolidation regional demand planning at global level), supply planning, global sales and operations planning processes, capacity planning, inventory management and systems integration across the Franchise.
This leader will also serve as an active member of the Electrophysiology Franchise Leadership Team where they will be a key contributor of optimizing the Supply Chain from a service and working capital perspective while contributing to the J&J strategies for the function.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

* Translate customer needs flawlessly - with speed - to supply points, inclusive of patients, HCP's, hospitals, distributors commercial leadership and sales force.
* Drive process standardization based on best practices and emphasis on the SCOR model.
* Ensure platform focused Service and Inventory management processes to drive e2e accountability with the E2E platform leaders on short-, medium- and long-term performance measures
* Ensure clear communication and updates on event management. Be responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to all stake holders from sales force to senior management level as needed
* Enable "best in class" S&OP processes supporting local needs through to executive engagement and alignment.
* Enable PMR (portfolio management review) and LCM (life cycle management) processes to ensure an optimal product portfolio, with insights to drive GP improvement.
* Ensure strong strategic forecasting, integrated to the LRFP's and updated at least twice annually, is in place for all platforms, built on strong partnership with commercial
* Ensure strategic capacity planning to provide appropriate visibility to long term growth to enable sufficient production capacity to fulfill the market requirements over the LRFP
* Plan and deliver the annual BP and subsequent quarterly updates to meet and exceed business requirements
* Partner closely with Deliver on Customer Order Management and effective, efficient demand fulfillments.

As the Senior Manager, Professional Education (US), you will be instrumental in creating strategic training initiatives that ensure the safe and effective use of J&J Neurovascular products. + In designated stores, as required, opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including all required systems start-ups, required cash handling and cashier responsibilities, and ensuring the floor and stock room are ready for the business day.
**Customer Experience**
+ Engages customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services. In designated stores, when serving as the leader on duty, resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
+ Models and shares customer service best practices with all team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience, including interpersonal habits (e.g., greeting, eye contact, courtesy, etc.) and Walgreens service traits (e.g., offering help proactively, identifying needs, servicing until satisfied, etc.).
**Operations**
+ Executes and coaches team members on warehouse and vendor inventory management processes including but not limited to creating, reviewing, and receiving orders.
+ Scans in all deliveries while the vendor is still in the store, including common carrier deliveries. Focuses on One Box receiving. Takes the appropriate action marking delivery as received if the product was physically delivered, contacting vendor for past undelivered scheduled receipts, and opening tickets as needed to correct inaccurate orders.
+ Under the supervision of the pharmacist-in-charge, verifies all pharmacy shipments are posted for products physically received at the store. Completes or verifies postings of all pharmacy warehouse orders, ABC prescription and OTC orders daily, secondary vendor orders, flu and dropship orders performing any necessary tote audits, and accurately reporting any shortages or damaged product.
+ Completes On-Shelf Availability (OSA) end-to-end process including warehouse and direct store delivery (DSD) for planogrammed departments, executing disposals, call-ins, and vendor returns before expiration, completes scan outs/ scan outs returns on all subscribed departments including vendor/ DSD departments and pharmacy scan outs.
+ Under the supervision of the pharmacist-in-charge,completes pharmacy inventory activities including but not limited to pharmacy recalls following Pharmacy Hazardous Waste Policy, vendor returns, non-controlled, and damaged salvage returns. Facilitates excess inventory returns or interstore pharmacy transfers where applicable for non-returnable ABC overstock. Verifies posting of all pharmacy/ prescription claims.
+ Completes execution of all pricing activities including price changes, markdowns, and markdowns deletes. Responsible for basic department pricing, including daily price changes, accurate pricing with correct signage, and reliable and timely completion of any additional regulatory pricing tasks.
+ Responsible for supporting front end and pharmacy ordering by ordering expense items. Monitors pharmacy manual orders to identify excess orders. Maintains consigned inventory and orders as required.
+ Ensures all designated pull & quarantine item on-hands are updated and placed in the designated holding area.
+ Maintains accurate inventory counts. Maintains the accuracy of on-hand quantities including but not limited to basic departments, stockroom, overstock locations.
+ Under the supervision of the pharmacist-in-charge, maintains accurate inventory counts and accuracy of on-hand quantities in pharmacy and completes pharmacy smart counts.
+ Ensures the store maintains inventory compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages and tobacco products).
+ Assists in the maintenance of inventory records, including receiving and posting of all products (in the front-end)) received at the store in all inventory systems. Organizes files and retains all invoices/receipts/return authorizations necessary for all inventory activities.
+ Helps to prepare for physical inventory and supports the physical inventory day activities, including but not limited to preparing sales floor, stockroom, and pharmacy for inventory and auditing the third party team on the day of inventory.
+ Supports keeping all counters and shelves clean and well merchandised.
+ Knowledgeable of all store systems and equipment.
+ Assists and coaches store team on all package delivery activities, including scanning in and out of packages, completing all daily inventory functions and, package returns at Walgreens. Supports execution of Pickup Program.
+ In designated stores, when serving as the leader on duty, responsible and accountable for registering all related sales on assigned point-of-sale system (POS), including records of scanning errors, price verifications, items not on file, price modifications, and voids. Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to safe, and provides change as requested for point of sale.
+ Complies with all company policies and procedures; maintains respectful relationships with coworkers.
+ Completes any additional activities and other tasks as assigned.
**Training & Personal Development**
+ Attends company-based trainings for continuous development and completes all e-learning modules including safety training requirements.
+ Obtains and maintains a valid pharmacy license/certification as required by the state.
**Communications**
+ Serves as a liaison between management and non-management team members by coaching and developing other capabilities with inventory systems. When serving as the leader on duty, communicates assigned tasks to team members and reports disciplinary issues and customer complaints to management.

**External Basic Qualifications:**
