Tom most recently served as Videology’s Chief Revenue Officer. In his new role as President, he continues to manage the Videology sales organization, while also working closely with Scott Ferber on administration of the business. Prior to joining Videology, Tom served as Senior Vice President, Operations for AOL Media Networks, and as Senior Vice President, Corporate Development and General Counsel, for Advertising.com. Also an attorney, Tom previously was an associate in the corporate and private equity groups at Hogan & Hartson, LLP. Tom graduated Magna Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa with a B.A. in Economics from the University of Mary Washington and a J.D. with Honors from The George Washington University Law School.

An original idea - created in 2008 as a \'publisher-less network\' - the LucidMedia DSP included built in contextual targeting, optimization in an exchange environment with real time bidding, and host of technology innovations to scale a trading platform on AWS.

LucidMedia was acquired by Videology on September 27, 2012.
