This role works closely with the accountant and may receive work and direction from the Executive Director and the Administrative Director. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide general administrative and clerical support Responsible for essential tasks relating to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable as directed by the Executive Director and in accordance with MPSs accounting policies and procedures Attend Finance Committee meetings and full Board meetings as assigned; take meeting minutes, as needed Maintain subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating and posting transactions.
