Responsibilities:

Designs behavior support plans based on functional assessment data
Ensures appropriate behavior data collection systems are implemented such that quantifiable behavioral data is collected at regular intervals to allow for the

Trains and supports behavior therapists on the proper implementation of educational and clinical behavior programs and plans, data collection systems, etc. in the home, community, and center
Conducts regular parent training and consultation, per prescribed plan
Completes re-assessments and writes reports per insurance guidelines
Participates in regular clinical meetings
Agrees to complete 28 (twenty-eight) hours of patient care time each work week.
Completes documentation of services in a timely manner
Qualified Behavior Analysts supervise RBTs
Remains current regarding research and evidence-based practices
Completes competency assessments for RBTs per HealthPro Pediatrics policy timelines
Competently delivers services via telehealth, when necessary
Maintains accurate and up to date "CAQH" profile and NPI
Collaborates and coordinates care with other evidenced based disciplines, medical providers, educators
Completes and maintains all mandatory in house trainings, including telehealth, within the corresponding organization policy timeline
Completes accurate billing practices in the electronic practice management system
Strictly adheres to Behavior Analyst Certification Board's "The Professional and
Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts".

Qualifications:

PROGRAM OVERVIEW The Refugio Unaccompanied Children Shelter and Foster Care Program is a 24-hour program that serves young persons in immigration custody who are awaiting release to their sponsors. POSITION OVERVIEW Case Managers are responsible for coordinating family reunification services and assessing the needs of each unaccompanied child (UC) in care. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Utilize trauma theory and brief therapeutic techniques to work with unaccompanied children entering the United States during a typical shelter stay of 30-35 days.
Complete an intake interview upon admission and promptly identify needed services.
Assess family, education, history of trauma, personal goals, and potential experience with human exploitation/trafficking.
Develop interventions and an individual service plan consistent with each child's psycho-social needs.
Maintain direct contact with each UC and, to the extent possible, with the UCs family and potential sponsors.
Maintain appropriate documentation according to program regulations.
Carry up to eight cases.
Upon request, this role may be required to travel with UC, 14 and under, to locations in the United States.
Other duties as assigned.

This is a grant-funded position, and employment is contingent upon continued funding. As such in addition to standard background screening, additional background checks may be required in accordance with funding agency guidelines.
MST is an intensive family- and community-based treatment program that addresses all environments that impact high risk youth - homes and families, schools and teachers, neighborhoods and friends. MST clinicians:
Conduct MST assessment including review of referral information, identifying, and engaging key participants, identifying systemic strengths and weaknesses, and developing an analysis of the fit of problem behaviors within the ecological context. Maintains a caseload of 4-6 families.
Engage primary caregiver and other key participants in active change-oriented treatment by identifying and overcoming barriers to engagement.
Implement a problem conceptualization, treatment planning, intervention implementation, outcomes review and strategy revision procedure using the MST Analytic Process.
Maintain clear and concise documentation of treatment efforts that promote peer and supervisory review and feedback, and that demonstrate compliance with the nine MST Principles and the MST Analytic Process.
Ability to engage and collaborate with all relevant systems and key participants within each system, to maintain alignment throughout MST treatment.
Provide direct clinical treatment using methods compatible with MST principles and practices.
Participate in all MST training, supervision, consultation, and MST Therapist development activities.

MST is an intensive family- and community-based treatment program that addresses all environments that impact high risk youth - homes and families, schools and teachers, neighborhoods and friends. MST clinicians:
Conduct MST assessment including review of referral information, identifying, and engaging key participants, identifying systemic strengths and weaknesses, and developing an analysis of the fit of problem behaviors within the ecological context. Maintains a caseload of 4-6 families.
Engage primary caregiver and other key participants in active change-oriented treatment by identifying and overcoming barriers to engagement.
Implement a problem conceptualization, treatment planning, intervention implementation, outcomes review and strategy revision procedure using the MST Analytic Process.
Maintain clear and concise documentation of treatment efforts that promote peer and supervisory review and feedback, and that demonstrate compliance with the nine MST Principles and the MST Analytic Process.
Ability to engage and collaborate with all relevant systems and key participants within each system, to maintain alignment throughout MST treatment.
Provide direct clinical treatment using methods compatible with MST principles and practices.

+ Flexibility when picking up shifts (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays) to help meet store needs
+ Active engagement by picking up and working shiftsas well as responding to our attempts at contact. You must work at least one shift within 5months or you will be administratively terminated.
+ Capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties including but not limited to Drive-Up, carryout, etc.
+ Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift (shift length may vary).
