Ensures all equipment and facilities are used and maintained safely and in compliance with health and safety regulations. Works closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely turnaround of dishware and utensils. Communicates effectively with team members to maintain smooth operations and address any issues promptly. Participates in team meetings and training sessions as required. Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to the supervisor. Complete safety training and certifications. Qualifications Hospitality oriented Previous experience in a similar role is preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Basic understanding of kitchen safety and sanitation standards Must be able to bend, squat, stand for long periods, stretch, reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
