Josh Gross is a SVP/Executive Creative Director at Energy BBDO and Co-Chief Creative Officer at Energy BBDO and is based in Chicago, Illinois. He has worked as Art Director Intern at Duval Guillaume, Art Director Intern at Jung von Matt, and Associate Creative Director at Crispin Porter Bogusky. Josh studied at Miami Ad School between 2005 and 2007 and Franklin College between 2000 and 2004.

I am a proven international marketeer and business leader with extensive experience across digital, social media, PR and traditional advertising. I have worked in Europe and Asia at the highest level, establishing successful and highly profitable businesses for Ogilvy, Golin and MullenLowe. Throughout my career, I've had the chance to work for some of the world's most respected international brands, including: Unilever, Burger King, Heineken, Xbox, Ford, SEGA, Vodafone and Lenovo.I am a driven, passionate individual with an entrepreneurial spirit. Daniel Baena has 20 years of experience in service, business and management. With a degree in publicity and advertising from PUC - São Paulo, he has worked at major agencies such as Y&R, Y&R NY, Draft FCB, Euro RSCG and JWT, leading global, regional and local projects. He has worked with clients such as Ford, Fiat, Citroen, Nestlé, Danone, Pirelli, Nivea, Bridgestone and Varig, among others. While at JWT he helped build a unit with more than 140 people, 100% exclusively dedicated to client business.

Laura Anderson is an Executive Assistant to the CFO at Energy BBDO and is based in Greater Chicago Area. She has worked as Salon Coordinator at The Nines Hairspa; Production + Research Intern at Lakeshore Public Media; and Leadership Gifts Coordinator, Donor Engagement at Museum of Science and Industry Chicago. Laura studied at Purdue University Northwest between 2002 and 2007 and Northwestern University between 2008 and 2009.
