Role Summary
We are seeking an Incentives Program Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day execution and operational continuity across multiple incentive and campaign programs during a maternity leave. This is a highly executional, coordination-focused role responsible for keeping campaigns, financial workflows, and documentation on track.
The role partners closely with Campaign Operations, Product/Tech, Finance, and Commercial teams to ensure on-time delivery, accurate tracking, and smooth cross-functional communication. This position is not strategic or client-facing-it is focused on execution, organization, and process discipline.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate execution across incentive programs including BCC, TDC, SSE, EMOD, and Push
Manage campaign intake, creative reviews, QA steps, and delivery timelines
Maintain campaign trackers, SOPs, and shared documentation
Support cross-functional communication and resolve day-to-day operational questions
Provide logistical and documentation support for a major program kickoff (meeting coordination, notes, trackers, summaries)
Support financial tracking and billing workflows, including reconciliation prep and QA
Surface discrepancies early and maintain organized financial documentation
Compile campaign data, creative examples, and results for internal case studies
Track performance metrics, document learnings, and support operational reporting
Handle miscellaneous operations tasks (inbox monitoring, updates, follow-ups)
Required Qualifications
4-6 years of experience in campaign execution, project coordination, or marketing operations
Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple timelines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and process accuracy
Experience working cross-functionally with operations, tech, finance, and commercial teams
Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with Salesforce, Power BI, or similar tools a plus
