Required Qualifications:

Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
Proficiency in Systems Engineering with expertise in VMware, Windows, and Linux baselines(Red Hat).
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes(Openshift)
Experience with scripting languages like Bash and Powershell.
In-depth knowledge and experience with modern IT configured as an on-premises cloud stack.
Familiarity with BMIS C2 applications and the BMIS mission.
Demonstrated ability to install, troubleshoot, and resolve system and application issues.
Hands-on experience with local system administration tasks such as provisioning users and managing configurations.

Responsibilities
Inspects and tests appliances, equipment, and associated systems on customers premises. Checks high pressure service for dust, water or plug. When major repairs or parts are necessary, discuss with customer the repairs and costs as set forth in the stock parts price manual and special-order parts, using current labor rates; initiates M-tags. Uses human senses, leak-detecting solution, and gas detection or measurement equipment such as leak detector, manometer, pressure gauge to detect problem.
Fixes the problem; Cleans, adjusts, repairs, changes, or replaces burners, pilot lights, controls, flues, gas cocks, valves, house and appliance regulators, defective or old age meters, or any other part, mechanism or electronic device pertaining to the operation of appliances equipment, and systems. Uses leak-detecting solution and gas detection or measurement equipment such as leak detector, manometer, pressure gauge to verify that the problem has been corrected.
Locks, unlocks, reads, changes, and removes meters; initiates plugged service. Deliveries cylinders as directed. Investigates high bill complaints and completes service orders as to work performed. Information Technology (IT) implements, supports and maintains all systems at Wilcox. The department encompasses the people, records and activities that process the data and information in the organization. The team provides support to users, and acts as the key liaison between the business community and vendors. It also codes, defines criteria, performs testing and debugging, and maintains programs in order to meet the informational needs of Wilcox facilities and administrative offices. Our Desktop team is responsible for the installation, support, and maintenance of all staff personal/desktop computers connected to the Hawai'i Pacific Health network.
As the Desktop Technician, you will join our remarkable Information Services team and ensure that Wilcox employees and customers are equipped with the proper tools to manage our cutting-edge IT tools. You will assist staff with technical support of desktop computers, applications and related technology; support activities such as the installation and testing of computer systems and peripherals; and provide input on computer systems specifications, peripherals and applications to determine departmental standards and guidelines. We are looking for someone with excellent organizational and communication skills, an understanding of technical procedure and support and a commitment to delivering the highest quality health care to Hawai'i's people.

The Impact You'll Make in this Role
This position is directly responsible for serving the needs of our healthcare clients, inclusive of the delivery, pickup and maintenance of cutting-edge medical device equipment. The Field Service Representative will interface with Solventum customers daily and is responsible for building, cultivating and maintaining superior customer relationships.
Further responsibilities include performing and assisting in maintaining inventory of products, parts, disposables, and supplies. Additional Field Service Representative responsibilities include the cleaning, processing and quality control of medical device equipment, general housekeeping of facility and loading and unloading of equipment in company vehicles.
As a Field Service Representative II, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Supporting customers to include patients and hospital staff on a regular basis providing superior customer service with customer centric solutions.
Preparing medical device equipment (cleaning and disinfecting), disposables, and documentation processing for delivery
Tracking inventory control on assets, parts, disposables, and supplies. Locate missing and misplaced equipment as needed.
Loading and unloading medical equipment from company vehicles.
Attending training and other scheduled business functions which will require commercial air travel.

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

This position requires strong mechanical expertise, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, a commitment to safety and ability to deliver optimal customer service in a fast-paced outdoor setting. The technician will also manage equipment tracking, maintain accurate parts inventory, and ensure required tools are available and in good working condition.
