The Field Service organization is focused on operational readiness, on-time delivery, and cost-effective maintenance solutions that meet contractual and mission requirements. **Role Overview** The Military Field Service Representative (FSR) will serve as GE Aerospace's on-site liaison to the Colombian military, supporting depot startup and ongoing repair, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities for T700 turboshaft engines. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on technical experience in structured cabling or data center environments, along with the ability and desire to train, mentor, and lead others. This role requires a strong technical foundation combined with instructional skills, leadership presence, and the ability to effectively communicate with adult learners in both classroom and hands-on settings. The Cable Technician Instructor will play a critical role in developing technical talent and supporting our client rapid growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities Deliver technical training and instruction in structured cabling systems, data center cabling, and related technologies. Facilitate classroom and hands-on training sessions for adult learners. Demonstrate and teach best practices in cable installation, termination, testing, and troubleshooting. Develop, adapt, and deliver training materials aligned with industry standards and company needs. Lead groups with confidence, maintaining engagement, structure, and learning outcomes.
