Responsibilities
Perform complete oil, filter and lubrication services including checking and filling fluid levels to O.E.M. specifications and refueling as requested and supplied by customer.
Follow all documented CSA processes and guidelines.
Maintain lube records for all work performed.
Ability to read Scheduled Oil Samples (SOS) reports and analysis.
Provide service reports, oil samples, and inspection paperwork to customer as work is performed.
Inspect equipment for external signs of potential component failure.
Inspect safety devices and report inoperable conditions.
Maintain service readiness of field lube truck including customer service fluid supplies.
Knowledgeable in the proper startup and shutdown procedures of CAT equipment.
Maintain a safe working environment and observe all safety procedures, laws, policies, and rules.

Qualifications

CDL B Required
High school diploma or (GED) equivalent.
One year experience servicing heavy equipment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Basic knowledge of safely operating heavy construction equipment.

Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Good oral and written communications skills.
Ability to perform duties with a sense of urgency, exceeding customer expectations.
Ability to work in the field without supervision.

Job Details:
This is a 1099/per call position
Pay is based solely on the number of calls completed.
Calls start at $35 and go up based on distance traveled
Pay period: Every Friday after the first week worked
Tickets are run Monday-Friday during the day shift. Candidates must be regularly available a minimum of 3 weekdays to be considered.
Call volume is variable but is usually 1-3 calls per day
You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding. Certifications are online and free to you.
You must have a reliable form of transportation and a valid driver's license to run these calls. You will be visiting multiple work sites throughout your day.
You must have access to a computer and the Internet to log onto your portal each day.
You must be available to log into your tech portal each morning you are working by 9 am to code your calls and map out your route for the day.
The manufacturer has completed troubleshooting and shipped a part prior to your ticket being issued to you.
You will confirm service times with the customer in your tech portal. Services will be completed at the customer site (residential and commercial)
You will pick up parts daily from the assigned Fed Ex or UPS store for your territory before going onsite. Once all calls are completed for the day drop off the old parts with the pre-paid label that is provided.

All programs require RT's to have a friendly, supportive affect with all clients and to engage in conversation, and activities with the clients. Depending on the program, RT's help clients in their recovery from substance use and co-occurring disorders through role modeling, and empathetic trauma-informed support using motivational interviewing when appropriate.
This position is considered essential personnel to Wellspring's staffing plan and plays a vital role in the security, safety, and critical operations of our residential programs. Employees are expected to be prepared with reliable transportation and caregiver coverage to report to regularly scheduled shifts including during inclement weather.

Performs an as found evaluation including pre-testing, disassembly, sandblasting, cleaning, and fills out in process inspection documents recording all findings utilizing detailed photo's, videos, and evaluation documentation.
Provides cause of failure analysis and recommends repair scope including parts replacement, machining repair, welding repair, or repair by replace. Makes decisions with respect to the action of the valve.
Repairs product based on the work order repair scope utilizing specifications, drawings, sketches, and repair manuals. Documents all steps of the repair process using photo's, videos, and repair report documentation.
Uses any equipment required to perform the duties of the function including operation of flow testing equipment, calibration equipment, and follows all department operating instructions and procedures to safely accomplish the task.
Performs surface preparation and painting operations.
Various inventory control actions including stocking shelves, pulling parts, cycle counting, proper documentation of inventory transactions.
Interprets orders for stamping, nameplate tagging, and digital asset tagging documentation.
Final inspection of products according to NYNE's procedures and standards.
Boxing and shipping of new products, repaired products, old parts, new parts, ensuring assets arrive undamaged and represent professional organization.
Responsible for maintaining excellent housekeeping standards in-line with 5S requirements and safety regulations.
Proactively identify additional equipment, tooling, consumables, and parts needed for day-to-day shop operations.
Responsible for maintenance and performance of equipment and tooling.

Pay is based solely on the number of calls completed.
Calls start at $35 and go up based on distance traveled
Pay period: Every Friday after the first week worked
Tickets are run Monday-Friday during the day shift. Candidates must be regularly available a minimum of 3 weekdays to be considered.
Call volume is variable but is usually 2-5 calls per day
You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding. Certifications are online and free to you.
You must have a reliable form of transportation and a valid driver's license to run these calls. You will be visiting multiple work sites throughout your day.
You must have access to a computer and the Internet to log onto your portal each day.
You must be available to log into your tech portal each morning you are working by 9 am to code your calls and map out your route for the day.
The manufacturer has completed troubleshooting and shipped a part prior to your ticket being issued to you.
You will confirm service times with the customer in your tech portal. Services will be completed at the customer site (residential and commercial)
You will pick up parts daily from the assigned Fed Ex or UPS store for your territory before going onsite. Once all calls are completed for the day drop off the old parts with the pre-paid label that is provided.

General Description: Recovery Technicians (RT) are a key employee within Wellspring's Continuum of Care. While work duties may vary slightly within specific programs, all RT staff should be able to work at any program with minimal extra-training. Some sites need the RTs to assist with cooking and cleaning, or have a requirement for overnight staff member to stay awake. All programs require RT's to have a friendly, supportive affect with all clients and to engage in conversation, and activities with the clients. Depending on the program, RT's help clients in their recovery from substance use and co-occurring disorders through role modeling, and empathetic trauma-informed support using motivational interviewing when appropriate.
This position is considered essential personnel to Wellspring's staffing plan and plays a vital role in the security, safety, and critical operations of our residential programs. Employees are expected to be prepared with reliable transportation and caregiver coverage to report to regularly scheduled shifts including during inclement weather.
BASIC PURPOSE AND KEY ELEMENTS: This position requires an unwavering commitment to safety and the ability to continuously assess and manage ongoing developments and concerns of client care.
Monitors the program during assigned shifts, assessing the safety needs of residents and implementing agency procedures in the event of a crisis or an emergency.
Acts as a positive role model, providing clients with guidance and support during non-treatment hours.
Monitors the distribution of medications in accordance with agency and Maine state regulations during non-treatment hours.

Coordinate the safety, security and supervision of the clients and the facility outside of treatment hours.

Have a desire and ability to relate maturely and professionally with those recovering from substance abuse and/or co-occurring disorders.
Completed, or will complete, certification for CPR and Basic First Aid training by Wellspring or another recognized authority within 30 days of hire.
Completed, or will complete, 40 hours of orientation training as required by State Licensing and MaineCare before working independently.
