Position Summary The Maintenance Crew Member assists with the completion of daily landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, weeding, mulching, and cleanups. Crew Members are expected to follow direction from their Crew Leader, work safely and efficiently, and contribute to a positive and productive team environment. This is a seasonal position, with full-time hours from March through mid-December, with the potential for reduced hours or a temporary layoff during the winter months depending on snow removal work and project availability. Key Responsibilities Work collaboratively with the crew to complete assigned maintenance routes. Perform tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, property cleanups, and other landscape-related scopes. Safely operate trucks, trailers, and landscape equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.). Perform basic equipment maintenance (fueling, greasing, cleaning, and inspections). Willingness to learn and grow within the company. Work Schedule Typical schedule: MondayFriday, 7am. 4pm/5pm, with overtime as needed. Peak season (March through December): ~40 50 hours/week.
