Perform all other duties as assigned. Salary Range: starting at $59,000 (Based on experience and certifications) Reports To: Waterpark Director Qualifications: Minimum Requirements 3+ years of progressive leadership experience in Operations, theme parks, or similar operations. College degree in Business, Management, and/or equivalent management experience. Demonstrated ability to lead teams of varying technical, educational, and generational backgrounds. Strong leadership and communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience preparing and managing budgets.
