Required Skills & Qualifications * High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. * 2+ years of experience in administrative or operations roles. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite. * Experience with SAP ERP or similar business platforms is highly desirable. * Strong organizational, coordination, and time management skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. * Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. * Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping. * Proven track record of reliability and excellent attendance.
