Summary: The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning people strategy with organizational goals. The HRBP provides strategic and hands-on support in the areas of employee relations, talent management, organizational design, workforce planning, and culture initiatives. This role ensures that HR practices drive performance, engagement, and retention while reflecting Shoals values. HR Business Partner Duties and Responsibilities: Partner with leaders to understand business objectives and support HR solutions that drive results. Provide data-driven insights to guide decision-making on talent, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness. Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and adoption Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and talent reviews within assigned business groups. Partner with Talent Acquisition to address current openings and forecasted needs. Support performance management processes, including goal setting, check-ins, and reviews.
