About the Role Argenta is seeking a Senior IT Analyst to join our global IT function and provide high-quality support, guidance, and technical expertise to our business units. This role is essential in ensuring our systems, processes, and technology operate seamlessly and efficiently across the organisation. You will be hands-on with troubleshooting, service delivery, user support, IT security tasks, infrastructure activities, and technology-related projects. You will work closely with the IT Lead, business stakeholders, and global teams to resolve issues, enable improvements, and provide excellent customer service. About You Relevant IT qualification (or working toward relevant certifications in IT, service management, or specialised technology areas). Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365, and core business applications. Experience with AD domain services, virtualisation concepts, DNS/DHCP, print/file services, and LAN/WAN networking fundamentals. Hands-on support experience with computer hardware, peripherals, and smart devices (Windows/iOS/Android). Excellent communication, customer-service mindset, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
