They won’t work around my college schedule
I’m a part time employee working 28.5 hours and they aren’t able to fit those hours in 4 to 5 working days and said that “ all new part time employees are to work weekends by IBC rules.”
The people I was working with was it.
Everything else was very bad and made no sense and no organization.
Lunch break is nice.
Steady upward growth in position.
Siloed.
Bank hours. Holidays are respected!
