    Sage Infusion is a rapidly growing infusion center with locations in central and southwest Florida. We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. At Sage, we've reimagined patient care. As the face of the infusion center, you will have the primary responsibility for managing incoming phone calls and patients. The Front Desk Receptionist is an integral member of a multi-disciplinary team and works closely with management and clinical staff. This position will be full time hourly in Clearwater, Florida. The pay is $18/an hour. Responsibilities: Scans in New Patient Forms into the patient's medical record in a timely manner Contacts patients to advise them we received their order and gathers any missing demographic information. Provides customer service while giving high priority to patient satisfaction, helps schedule their next infusion appointment, welcomes them when they arrive and anticipates their needs. Collect copays and necessary paperwork from the patients. Keeps the facility clean and organized on a daily basis and ordering office supplies as needed Accepts and distributes shipments and mail Scans in delivered drugs to EMR inventory and assists with Medication Inventory Reconciliation when needed Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively, reliability, follow through on tasks, and express ideas clearly in a warm and helpful manner Takes initiative to present ideas and suggestions to management; follows appropriate organizational lines in resolving questions, concerns, and ideas Provides excellent internal and external customer service by ensuring work meets quality standards; sets high goals or standards of performance for self; takes pride in his/her work and completes work on schedule Performs other duties as assigned Typical work schedule: 8:00-5pm but can vary depending on patient schedule. 40 Hours per week This Job Is: A job for which all ages, including older job seekers, are encouraged to apply Open to applicants who do not have a college diploma Requirements Qualifications/Certifications: Preferred: Associates degree Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Basic computer proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Bilingual Spanish preferred Sage Infusion is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
