Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Annandale, VA (Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm) and focused on outbound estate and seller outreach. The position requires consistent, proactive phone outreach with verified, relevant contacts-not random cold dialing. You will serve as the initial point of contact for potential sellers, many of whom are executors or personal representatives managing inherited property. The role blends relationship-building, critical thinking, and disciplined follow-up to identify opportunities and guide sellers toward appropriate next steps with our senior team. Important: This is not telemarketing and not high-pressure sales. Outreach is scripted, compliant, respectful, and purpose-driven.
