Purpose:
The Billing Operations Specialist bills and collects assigned payer accounts. The Billing Operations Specialist works closely with Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) and payers to determine billing guidelines for PANTHERx Rare Pharmacy as well as makes collection calls daily on assigned accounts that are past due.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business or related field required. Equivalent work experience may substitute education requirements.
Detailed understanding of Pharmacy billing/collections practices with all payer types.

Armada will be offering a summer Supply Chain internship in various departments within our Operations group. The purpose of this internship is to allow the student to gain experience and assist in various supply chain management activities in Transportation Operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assign and tender shipments to Armada's preferred carriers using transportation management system (TMS) to optimize service, capacity and cost. Coordinate dedicated and continuous move tenders as appropriate. Manually tender load(s) that have not been accepted through the TMS waterfall carrier selection by calling carriers to verbally secure capacity to cover the load(s) as required.
Monitor shipments to ensure on-time pick up utilizing the TMS. Proactively follow up as required to insure desired service results are secured and issues are communicated to all parties.
Coordinate first response activity to resolve pickup and in-transit issues. Escalate issues as required to the appropriate manager/Supply Chain Coordinator - Distribution.
Assist carriers in resolving issues regarding loading, pickup appointments and communicate to appropriate parties as necessary.
Coordinate any carrier or supplier date change requests.
Support shipping/receiving locations with carrier issues, trailer pool coordination, rush shipment arrangements, and problem resolution as necessary. Escalate chronic issues to the appropriate manager for review.
Load Note in TMS all supplier and carrier issues and correspondence to create a time line documenting what occurred on a load and what we did to resolve the issue - for future reference.
Manage Mercuygate (TMS) advisors utilizing the regional shared Microsoft Outlook mailboxes and network e-mail communication through your personal Microsoft Outlook mailbox.
Support coverage during the summer holidays, as needed.
When applicable, Manually Enter Orders into the TMS using the order entry function.
Manager the Pending Orders for your assigned region/suppliers and handle the carrier rate reviews, as needed.
Analyze existing shipping processes for possible improvements and provide support for various implementation plans to effect ongoing productivity improvement. Also work to develop and manage supplier relationships.
Analyze carrier routing guide and carrier capacity utilization to adjust system parameters to obtain maximum cost savings and service levels. Also work to develop and manage carrier relationships.
Manage the Transportation Planning Tool (TPT) to Organize and consolidate LTL shipments into truckloads to facilitate improved transit times and customer service while reducing transportation expense as required.
Coordinate return disposition of refused/returned goods as required.
Maintain excellent communications and service with shipping locations and carriers. This communication will be through phone conversations as well as e-mail correspondence.
Hand off any issues that require placement onto a Watch List.

This position provides overall coordination to ensure all company goals are met for a particular operation(s) and client(s). This position is responsible to participate in the contracting activities associated with Independent Contractors (IC's) that provide delivery equipment and transport products from our clients' location(s) to designated locations as requested by the customer. This is an entry level position.

Individual tasks shall include but not be limited to the following:Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitor to ensure all routes are covered, IC check-in is complete and communicated to the customer, and that routes run on time.
Create route pursuant to customer requirements. Ensure IC that accepted dispatch provides the delivery services, and communicate changes to dispatch department and IC's as needed.
Monitor dispatch board to ensure customer requested delivery times are being met.
Communicate any delays and/or problems to the customer and dispatch department.
Ensure IC's are providing services in the vehicle type requested by the customer.
Ensure compliance with IC log in process and EC-mobile.
Work directly with IC's to assist with issues they may encounter while under dispatch.
Assist in arranging for STAT coverage for customers, as needed.
When necessary, will restructure routes as requested by the customer, to ensure on-time execution.
Ensure IC's are providing contracted delivery services in compliance with customer regulations.
Assist with contracting of IC's as needed.
Complete daily service reports as required by the customer.
Create and process administrative reports and paperwork as directed.
Follow up with IC's to ensure their paperwork is up to date, as needed.
Ensure IC's are providing services in a uniform shirt with visible ID badge, as required by customers for identification and security purposes.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications - Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Basic MS Office Programs (Outlook, Excel, and Word) experience required.
Proactive and resourceful. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Independent judgment required to plan, prioritize, and organize competing tasks or demands that may be deadline driven.
Must maintain valid driver's license and clean, functional vehicle.
Ability to develop and maintain meaningful business relationships with customers.
Ability to
lift up to 50 pounds
on occasion.
Ability to work overtime as necessary.
Qualifications - Experience, Education, Certificates, and Licenses:
College Degree or a High School Diploma with equivalent combination of education and experience.
Six Sigma Green Belt Certification preferred.

POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Retail Operations Associate you would be responsible for the receipt, movement, storage and stocking of materials to meet operational needs in a large warehouse facility and outlet store. Must be able to operate equipment from dock, warehouse, or storage yard, such as a compactor, bale machine, tipper and hand truck.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Direct and position receptacles, such as tables, gaylords, bins, totes, or other containers so they can be loaded, including trash receptacles.
Move freight, stock, or other materials to and from storage or production areas, loading docks, and/or delivery vehicles by hand or using assigned equipment, ensuring proper sorting and storage by category.
Loading and Unloading Outlet Tables. Moving material throughout the Outlet store, Separate material and place in various holding areas within and outside the complex.
Clean, mop, take out trash, de-clutter, reorganize, etc to ensure the warehouse is free from debris, trash and aisle and walkways are clear of hazards or obstacles, as needed or assigned.
External Hiring Range: $13.00/Hour

Schedule: M-F 8am-4pm
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience with production, material movement or warehouse organization preferred.
REQUIRED CLEARANCES, LICENSES, AND CERTIFICATIONS:
