In the early days of 1987, Pedro Cevallos-Candau and Michael DeSantiago, two eager engineers working for a global engineering firm, set out to start a firm of their own that would put people first.
Our passion for pleasing our clients has resulted in the establishment of one of the industry’s premier Quality Management Systems—one that is ISO 9001:2015 certified.
In March 2016, our retiring co-founders sold the firm to one of our own, then-Utilities Division Manager Erin Inman.
In 2018, the firm decided to be more intentional and focused with its giving by establishing the Primera Foundation – a new not-for-profit entity.
