ABOUT THIS ROLE
Overview
The ProductDirector for Platform is a critical leadership role responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of platform products and services. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise and strong leadership capabilities to manage and mentor a team of productmanagers while delivering innovative platform solutions that enable business growth and customer success.

Minimum Qualifications
* 8+ years of productmanagement experience, with at least 3 years in platform, infrastructure, or developer-facing products

This role leads the New Product Introduction teams and factories for Countermeasure Electromagnetic Attack (CEMA) Operations. Our NPI leader works hand in hand with Production Factory Leadership, Engineering Technology Development teams (Fast Labs, Engineering IRADs), Engineering Hardware Capability Groups (Producibility Engineering), Operations Technical Directors, and Business Area Chief Engineers on emerging programs to ensure product manufacturability.
As the New Product Introduction Director, you will be responsible for the Pilot Line for the CEMA Factories in Austin Texas and Nashua NH. These teams consist of assembly technicians and engineers who develop the manufacturing processes for new hardware transitioning from development to production.
You will be responsible for understanding the strategy and objectives of the Operations function and the CEMA business area and ensuring that new products are aligned with those strategies and roadmaps. You will be responsible for aligning our Engineering Technology Roadmaps to our Operations Technology roadmap to ensure we are ready to manufacture new products. Additionally, your team will execute many DOEs for process and product improvements, prototypes and IRADs for new or improved manufacturing techniques as well as implement Automation where possible.
As the team leader you must provide technical and analytical guidance to the NPI team and to the program teams with transitioning products. Active participation in technical reviews, architecture reviews and pursuit concepts are required. You will champion and grow CEMA Transition to Production (TTP) best practices and processes, collaborating across functions and business areas as required. You will work closely with the ES Pre-Production Global Process Owner to ensure alignment to the sector's TTP policies and strategies.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills Recommended 12+ years Manufacturing or Engineering experience including experience transitioning products to production.

THE ROLE

Role Overview:
The Director of Legislative Policy Strategy is responsible for coordinating and executing Applied Digital's legislative and public policy strategy across national, state, and local levels. * Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for solving clinical problems through technology.
* Excellent communication skills-able to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging for diverse audiences.
* Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration, including with R&D, marketing, sales, and clinical teams.
* Experience working with global teams and navigating diverse market requirements.
