Position Summary
We are seeking a Group ProductManager to identify customer-centric, high-value marketing programs that drive accelerated product adoption and growth. They will work closely with regional partners to achieve success. This role will focus on solutions within the Advanced Patient Monitoring portfolio which provide advanced hemodynamic monitoring.
The ideal candidate brings both strategic vision and executional excellence-able to translate insights into impactful programs, lead agencies with confidence, and clearly demonstrate results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and lead in the execution of comprehensive marketing plans including strategies and tactics for multiple major product launches or programs and initiatives
* Build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOL) to help inform customer engagement plans and understand current market environment and competition
* Develop marketing messages based on regional strategies, knowledge of current literature, current competitive environment, and regulatory/legal requirements for multiple major product launches or programs and initiatives
* Develop programs that support the field and commercialization strategies for multiple major initiatives
* Lead major projects for the Congress Management process
* Drive marketing collateral/labeling through all relevant legal and regulatory approval processes through collaboration with relevant cross-functional stakeholders for multiple major product launches or programs and initiatives
* Lead the execution of multiple major programs and initiatives in collaboration with regional partners as appropriate including Salesforce readiness (e.g., training on product, messaging, and competition)
* Define and build a body of clinical and economic evidence that supports the regional value proposition
* Manage budgets related to product line, campaigns and projects
* Analyze clinical and market data to assess regional impact of potential product launches
* Lead significant process or corporate initiatives that impact and bring value to the marketing organization
Education requirements:
* Bachelor's degree with 10 years of marketing experience, including downstream marketing required, or Master's degree with 8 years of experience, including downstream marketing, required
* Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred
Required Skills:
* Proven successful project management skills
* Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite

Core Responsibilities
Develop and coordinate go-to-market plans, including positioning, messaging, support for sales enablement and training, as well as internal and external communication materials
Create compelling and technical marketing content. This includes whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and sales enablement materials.
Staying ahead of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. Engage with industry analysts and lead participation in analyst reports and briefings
Align closely with Product, Sales, Engineering and Threat Labs to influence product roadmap prioritization by identifying customer and market needs
Explore the feasibility of new ideas or researching how to enhance existing offerings
Serve as market-facing subject matter expert (SME) and thought leader for Menlo Security. This includes confidently presenting to various audiences, from internal stakeholders and leadership to customers, prospects, and industry analysts at conferences and webinars
Qualifications
5-10 years of PMM experience
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into simple, impactful messages
Proven track record of success in creating and delivering compelling presentations to internal and external audiences
Prior cybersecurity experience in data security (preferred), network security, and or endpoint security, with commensurate technical acumen
Education: BA/BS in Marketing/Business/CS or related field, MBA preferred
Demonstrable experience using Gen AI and AI based tools across the PMM spectrum - from content creation, analysis, message testing, and forecasting.
Our Compensation and Benefits
At Menlo Security, Base Salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a salary range. The base salary range for this role is $109,000 - $191,000.
In accordance with NY, CO, CA, and WA law, the range provided is Menlo Security's reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. All employees may be eligible to become Menlo Security shareholders through eligibility for stock-based compensation grants, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.

Pay Range Transparency
Procept is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role represents a base salary range for non‑commissionable roles or on‑target earnings for commissionable roles. The Role
You'll be our first product marketing hire, reporting directly to our CEO. This is a foundational role: you'll own positioning, messaging, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement from the ground up. You won't inherit playbooks; you'll build them.
What You Do
Develop and refine Nectar's positioning and messaging across segments (enterprise, mid-market, emerging brands)
Build competitive intelligence programs and arm the sales team with battle cards, objection handling, and differentiation narratives
Own product launches end-to-end-from naming and positioning to enablement and launch campaigns
Create sales enablement materials: pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, ROI calculators
Partner with the sales team to understand buyer personas, refine ICP, and improve win rates
Inform product roadmap by synthesizing customer feedback, competitive trends, and market signals
Support fundraising efforts with compelling market narratives and competitive positioning
What We're Looking For
4-7 years of product marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS (martech, social, or commerce adjacent a plus)
Track record of owning positioning and messaging for a product or product line
Experience building sales enablement programs and partnering closely with sales teams
Strong competitive analysis skills-you know how to synthesize intel into actionable insights
Excellent writing and storytelling abilities
Comfort with ambiguity and building from scratch; startup experience preferred
