Join an engineering-driven manufacturer of thermal controls and circuit protection used in small motors, appliances, battery packs, and similar applications. As the Technical Product Manager, you'll be the internal subject-matter expert who ties engineering, quality, production, and sales together to deliver reliable, cost-effective products.
Own the product portfolio as the in-house "guru" for capabilities and specifications
Lead cross-functional projects spanning product design, materials conformance, quality improvement/assurance, and compliance
Translate customer and sales requests into clear requirements and practical, manufacturable solutions
Generate production documentation-work instructions, corrective actions, and reports-in MS Office and ERP (Syteline)

About the Job Opportunity
As the Product Marketing Manager, Depot Service, you will be responsible for supporting our service business, activating marketing campaigns to generate growth through demand creation and funnel acceleration. You will support marketing campaigns by validating buying centers and personas, identifying relevant tactics, optimizing product marketing materials, and building campaign plans to meet marketing objectives. You will also create content to support the defined campaign tactics that support product positioning, market segmentation and targeting.
What You'll Do
Collaborate with commercial leadership and marketing to develop the enterprise marketing strategy go to market approach.
Ensuring marketing plans & execution are aligned with overall marketing strategy (value proposition, positioning, marketing mix, etc.) to grow leads/orders/traffic, conversion, and share.
Collect and analyze win/loss & competitive insight on the enterprise segment
Recommend and develop marketing programs to improve win rate as you monitor tactic effectiveness in the market.
Employ clinical and industry trend analysis, and market share and competitive analysis relevant to the product and portfolio.
Conducting in-depth research to define customer problem statement, success metrics, clinical and economic needs, buying cycles, and personas
Work with Sales & Marketing teams to understand and optimize tactics to win-loss performance, leveraging demand generation opportunities, and providing relevant support for other campaigns, events, and tactics.
Develop programs to gather evidence of customer success, early adopters and clinical evidence where appropriate, in order to produce customer/market proof points.
Providing commercial teams product knowledge in product differentiation, positioning and pricing.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
3+ years' experience in demand generation / revenue marketing, product marketing or related field
Healthcare product/industry acumen desired
Team oriented - ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Analytical and process-oriented skills
Experience in market & customer insights, product commercialization and branding.

Butler County Community College (BC3) is currently accepting applications for the position of Event Management & Community Programs Secretary. This is a regular full-time position that will begin immediately.
Reporting to the Director of Donor & Community Engagement, the Event Management & Community Programs Secretary is to perform secretarial duties assigned by the Director of Donor & Community Engagement and Executive Director of the BC3 Education Foundation & External Relations. Provides first contact for all internal and external groups seeking to schedule activities on Main Campus, inputting into college facilities system, informing and coordinating services for these events, and helping create an environment that encourages the constructive use of college facilities. Assist in community initiatives that bring additional funding based on established college needs such as, but not limited to, campus facility rentals, events, and scholarship administration. Associates degree from an accredited institution in Office Administration, Business Management, or related field preferred.
