Program and events managers are responsible for planning, organizing, and hosting events for an organization. You will research and secure event venues, plan and manage events' calendar, and assist with event marketing. As a program and events manager, you will negotiate agreements and quotes with vendors, track budgets and timeframes, and assist the organization in improving brand visibility and growth through events. Other duties include negotiating sponsorship deals, managing communication and branding, and obtaining permits.
