Architectural ProjectCoordinator Responsibilities:

Facilitate communication with architects, engineers, and consultants regarding approved plan changes. Collaborate with job site personnel to address plan discrepancies and questions.
Work with Purchasing, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Construction departments to implement plan changes and corrections.
Ensure architectural plans comply with building codes and construction details. Review structural framing, roof trusses, and foundation plans for value engineering.
Confirm the accuracy of architectural, structural engineering, roof trusses, and foundation details.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with architectural plans.
Architectural ProjectCoordinator Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a four-year college or university.
At least 5 years of related experience and/or training.
Must have a vehicle and a valid driver's license.
Strong communication skills and ability to understand and execute instructions provided in written or oral form.
Proficiency with MS Office and email.
Knowledge of CADD and other drafting programs is preferred.

ProjectCoordinator is responsible for scheduling and dispatching crews to residential and commercial property losses. Key Responsibilities

Work with Call Center regarding new job information.
Label photos and upload into specific systems/programs.
Create and maintain job files ensuring all job pertinent reports and documents, including budget worksheets, invoices, Project Reports and BOS are properly filed.
Reporting (these duties may be applicable, depending on Division/Department):
Prepare daily management report on T&M Cost Spreadsheet, cross checking against subcontractor invoice and labor hours. Submit complete and accurate T&M paperwork daily to Central Billing.
Document daily updates on industry specific programs for all open jobs. Enter information from Tick Sheets completed by the Technicians and Project Managers into industry specific programs (Moisture Mapper, Xactanalysis, and Mica reports).
Branch office support may include:
Distribute and send all US mail and interoffice mail (courier service) for the Branch.
Monitor visitor access when required, ensuring all protocols (safety/corporate) are followed.
Ensure all local, state, and federal postings as directed by HR and Safety are properly displayed.
Organize timecards by division and review for errors. Where applicable enter hazard pay data and/or verify construction labor; submit to Payroll.
Communicate with and assist Payroll and Human Resources with payroll and employee issues.
Responsible for keeping petty cash supply balanced, authorizing reimbursements and
tracking cash flow for submission to corporate office. (Except for Corporate)
Keep adequate levels of office supply inventory, RMC apparel, and order when necessary.

The ER&R/1095-A project is seeking an outgoing, organized, eager, and proactive individual to fill a remote ProjectCoordinator role within the project PMO team. The candidate will assist the PMs with organizing and controlling project activities. The ProjectCoordinator role is a non-supervisory role but will be responsible for leading and coordinating members of the project team to accomplish assigned tasks and project deliverables in a timely manner. **Key Responsibilities:**

**Required minimum qualifications:**

Compensation and benefits:
Salary
The full salary range for this position is $84,026 - $126,038 annually. The top candidate's placement within the range will typically fall between the minimum and 25th percentile of the range, depending on education, training, experience, and other conditions consistent with AWC policy. A compensation market analysis is completed every other year. As outlined in policy, AWC employees generally receive an annual adjustment based on market and economic changes, and an increase based on meeting full performance expectations.
Health insurance
AWC pays 100% of the medical premium for employees and 90% of the medical premium for spouse/domestic partner and child(ren) up to age 26. Dental and vision insurance are 100% employer-paid for employees and eligible dependents.
Retirement benefits
For every $1 an employee contributes toward their 401(k), AWC matches the contribution with $1.20, up to 10% of the employee's base salary, subject to IRS thresholds. Employer match can also be applied towards eligible student loan payments.
Paid leave
Four hours of paid vacation leave in the first year of employment for every semi-monthly pay period, with vacation accrual increasing over time; four hours of paid sick leave for every semi-monthly pay period; 11 paid holidays and two floating holidays each year.

What you'll be doing:
Identify emerging issues impacting members and develop and coordinate appropriate programs, educational events, and publications to meet those needs.
Develop outreach programs, methods, and communication tools to convey information to the organization's members regarding projects.
Manage the Alternative Response Team Grant program and other grants as assigned. Management includes coordinating contract development and implementation, meeting compliance requirements, managing grant applications and awards, and awardee contracts and reimbursements.
Manage the GIS Consortium, including member relations and coordination with Consortium services partner including services and marketing, and internal administration.
Seek out and manage grant funding opportunities that provide benefits and have nexus for cities.

Develop, negotiate, and manage work program, budgets, contracts and products/billings for any consultants, contractors, and public or private clients involved with projects and programs.
Design, develop, and manage reports utilizing multiple information databases. Analyze data to ensure information meets user and program needs.
Visualize and present data in ways that are insightful and easy to understand, to assist informed decision-making.
Serve as program liaison between cities elected officials and staff, and appropriate state agencies and/or workgroups involving special projects and other related efforts.
Assist with Small City Advisory Committee and annual regional small city connector meetings as needed.
Coordinate with outside groups and organizations that provide critical resources to cities.
Manage and coordinate research activities like the Tax and User Fee Survey and City Conditions Survey as assigned including managing the work of any temporary research assistant staff.
Deliver presentations and speak at training events or meetings.
Collaborate as an effective team member or team leader to plan, organize, and implement projects, workshops/conferences, and committee meetings.
Write and edit articles, fact sheets, research reports, and technical information for print and electronic publications.
