Frequent project visits with field supervision and other personnel to understand progress, needs, or issues. Assist in the planning of future labor/material needs of the project
Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to the job site by working directly with vendors
Build long-term relationships with both clients and fellow employees by consistently meeting expectations and offering innovative solutions
Provide consistent feedback and reports to the business unit vice president
Manage project review process with particular emphasis on financial forecasting
Provide advice, guidance, mentoring, and direction to subordinates and other junior personnel toward the achievement of their personal development goals
Responsible for continuously expanding and updating professional knowledge and honing skills and competencies to enhance individual and team innovation and productivity
Responsible for job site safety and adherence to company policies and national safety standards for personnel under supervision.

Qualifications
AV systems field experience is preferred
A college degree is preferred
Assistant project management experience preferred
CTS-I certification is preferred
Manufacturer technical certifications are required ( Qsys, Biamp, Atlas, Crestron, Extron)
Must be able to read blueprints and electronic schematics.
Strong computer skills are required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Able to work independently as well as in a team environment

Requirements:Key Responsibilities
· Lead and manage projects including new system implementations, upgrades, and operational improvement initiatives.
· Oversee company-wide ServiceTitan initiatives: rollouts, module implementation, user training, and platform optimization.
· Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement, standardization, and automation.
· Collaborate with department leads in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical to align project goals with business needs.
· Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and progress reports; ensure projects are delivered on-time and within scope.
· Act as liaison with outsourced vendors, IT support, and software partners to ensure seamless integration of systems.

· Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, MS Project, Smartsheet)
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based platforms
· PMP certification preferred but not required
· Ability and willingness to travel to various job sites or branch locations as needed. Up to 30% travel.
