THE ROLE
The Project Manager will lead the planning, designing, permitting, assisting, funding, bidding, and performing of construction administration as it relates to civil engineering water and wastewater infrastructure work. Additionally, the Project Manager will work closely with the client to understand the scope of projects, resolve issues, and provide routine updates on project progress. Project work focuses on water intake, treatment, pumping, storage and distribution, and wastewater collection, pumping, and treatment. These responsibilities include:
Prepares plans, specifications, costs, and estimates for municipal and industrial water and wastewater facilities.
Leverage engineering design software to edit project designs, draft plans, drawings, and models according to project specifications.
Leads and completes engineering design projects from start to finish.
Meets with client board members and provides monthly progress reporting.
Monitors construction progress and provides construction support and on-site observation.
Lead and manage construction administration tasks, including submittal and Request For Information (RFI) review, progress payment review, compliance with funding agency provisions, and oversight of onsite construction project representative staff.
Analyze water/wastewater facilities for system deficiencies regarding compliance with local, state, and federal standards and regulations. Provide improvement alternatives to meet compliance with such regulations.
Assist the Senior Manager in engaging with community members, government officials, and other stakeholders to communicate project goals, address concerns, and gather input on water and wastewater initiatives.

YOUR STRENGTHS
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction engineering or equivalent ABET-accredited engineering program
Minimum of 4+ years of civil engineering design and construction experience. Water/wastewater engineer project experience preferred.
Experience in task or project management
Engineer-In-Training (EIT) professional designation required

Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $158,000 - $254,000/YR. Job Summary:
The Partner Integration Associate Project Manager will be an important member of a focused team that is responsible for integrating acquired registered investment advisor (“RIA”) firms methodically, efficiently and effectively to deliver value, promote standardization, realize economies of scale and reduce risk. Maximize utilization of resources, ensure proper availability and logistics of all equipment, and resource requirements for assigned projects.
Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and suggesting cost-saving measures.
Organize and communicate project status to management and/or property management.
Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track.
Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring necessary materials are current and properly filed.
Communicate with clients to help define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
Other duties as assigned by Leadership and Senior Project Managers.

Background in construction preferred.

**Job Description**
We're looking for a skilled Project Manager to join our Data Center Project Management team-an industry-leading group that partners with some of the world's largest technology companies. In this role, you'll manage large, complex, and multi-disciplinary design projects, including data center developments that support global digital infrastructure.
You'll work closely with the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Structural and Civil design teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully-on time, within scope, and on budget. You'll coordinate with internal leaders to assign the right resources and oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, from planning through execution and closeout.
