The compensation information below is provided in compliance with all applicable job posting disclosure requirements.
This is a commission-based role with unlimited upside. Commissions in this role are expected to range from $30,000-$1,250,000. On average, agents make $165,000, but there is uncapped potential.

How you'll help move us forward:

Conduct rent roll, income, and expense analysis.
Create/modify complex cash flow models in Argus and Excel for commercial and multifamily properties.

Review and analyze transaction documents and third-party reports as part of the due diligence and closing process.

The experience you bring:
Bachelor's degree in RealEstate, Business, Finance, Math, Economics or related field from a four-year college or university
2-5 years related experience in evaluating and underwriting investment merits and risk associated with commercial realestate, preferably in a debt underwriting capacity.
Excellent financial modeling skills including high proficiency in Excel and Argus.
Knowledge of realestate cash flow and valuation analysis for multi-family, industrial, retail, office and hospitality sectors.

Job Description
As a RealEstate Analyst, you will be trained by Enterprise's executive and industry leaders. You will work on projects and with teams that span the organization's business lines, including our Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), housing credit investments, asset management, realestate equity and realestate development.
Responsibilities may include:
Analyzing market, collateral and financial trends
Partnering with relationship managers and underwriters to evaluate credit risks and structure loans
Analyzing and updating data on collateral, financials, projections, covenant compliance, free cash flow and audits
Reviewing field examinations and appraisals for collateral performance and valuation trends
Analyzing clients' financial performance by comparing it to past performance, projections, and industry standards
Spreading financial statements, assessing the client's compliance with financial covenants, and confirming the accuracy of risk ratings
Our RealEstate Analyst cohort will join Enterprise in late June 2026 with the program running through June 2028. The application process will open in November 2025. Analysts will start with eight months of comprehensive training with Enterprise's CDFI, a US Treasury certified revolving debt fund with just over $550 million in assets under management. Over the remaining 16-months analyst will complete two, eight-month rotations within Enterprise's Capital Division.
Qualifications/Skills Needed:
An undergraduate or graduate degree in business, finance, realestate, urban planning, or related field is required as follows:
