Collects court costs and fees. Transfers in and out cases from other counties; consolidates as necessary. Accepts documents for filing in the District Clerk's office; verifies that all required supplemental forms have been completed and submitted at the time of filing. Reviews e-filing submissions on-line and accepts or rejects as necessary; processes e- paperwork accepted paperwork. Communicates with local law enforcement agencies in regards to protective orders and other orders of the court. Performs other related duties as required. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED and minimum one year of experience in a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and related experience required. Completion of some college level course work preferred. Specific certifications related to the area of assignment may be required for this position. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
