GENERAL PURPOSE
The Support Technician 1 position is responsible for specialized work functioning in support of the County's Domestic Relations child support program. Updates files as necessary. Assembles materials for reports, summaries, and other uses from information submitted by parties, employers, lawyers, and other offices both within and outside of the Court. Completes forms requires to initiate, follow up, or complete processing of support activities.
Sorts and processes PACSES income attachment batch forms. Identifies which attachments should be mailed out, depending on whether an excess amount should be added or deleted according to case balance.
Enters data in computer system to update and maintain support accounts, receives reminders to review case status, pulls case, and refers to staff member for action.
Answers overflow telephone calls from clients, lawyers, and members of the public and representatives from other county and court offices, explains general functions and operations of office, or provides status of case.
Schedules and reschedules appointments and pre-trial conferences.

The Systems Analyst /Telecomm (SA) position is in existence to address the Company's enterprise data and insure of its accuracy as well as the coordination of data between the ERP system, WoodWare (WW) and our external Sales system, 2G. In addition, the person will help support our Telecommunication infrastructure. The SA should have a working knowledge or the company's ERP systems, WoodWare, Warehouse Management, and Edgenet. The SA is responsible for coordinating changes from vendors as well as changes to data between the ERP and external systems. In addition, the SA should work with users to train them in navigation of the systems and develop “super users” throughout the company. The SA Codes software applications to adhere to designs supporting internal business requirements or external customers. Standardizes the quality assurance procedure for software. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Maintain Woodware on a daily basis to add/change/delete products and fields as the business requires
• A thorough understanding of XML. Being able to create XML to interface our systems with our customers. Knowledge of XSD and XSLT helpful.

The Onsite Merchant Support Specialist helps to monitor and complete inventory control related activities for all ShipBob merchants at our partner fulfillment centers. What you'll do:
Run daily cycle counting and inventory control processes according to written SOP's utilizing partner resources.
Investigate inventory discrepancies reported by the Merchant Support team and report significant discrepancies to the OSS Area Manager and the Operations Manager onsite.
Perform physical location checks to ensure quality and reconcile inventory variances within a 24-hour SLA.
Determine root cause of inventory adjustments and lead efforts to correct.
Perform audits or other actions requested by merchants within the site.
Respond and resolve merchant facing requests via ticketing system around inventory related issues within 2-hour SLA.
Vocalize concerns around inventory practices to OSS Area Manager and Operations Manager helping to identify areas of opportunity in day-to-day processes.
Communicate updates and relay important operational information about merchants directly to OSS Area Manager.
Present weekly performance reports during business review with leaders from partner fulfillment center.
Comply with all food safety and compliance policies and regulations.
This role includes responsibility for ensuring products are handled, stored, and distributed in a manner that maintains their safety, quality, and legality. Position Summary:
Provide crisis response.
Provide supervision, guidance, boundaries, and directions to our residents.
Demonstrate a variety of support, communication, compliance with CHOR's Sanctuary principles.
Assisting with the planning and supervising of programmed activities.

Position Requirements:
Must be at least 21 Years of Age
Valid Driver's License and clean driving record. (preferred)

Associate's degree with at least 1 year experience working with youth. (accepted)
Highschool Diploma or GED with 2 years of experience working with youth. (May be considered)
Must past all pre-employment background clearances (Child, Criminal, FBI, and DMV) both federal and state background checks which screen for crimes including, but not limited to drug related crimes, violent crimes, sexual abuse, domestic violence, child abuse, and repeated misdemeanors

Must attend all required trainings followed by shadowing prior to working on the unit
