Position Summary:
American Equipment Holdings is a leading provider of industrial equipment and services, specializing in overhead cranes and rigging products. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as an Outside Sales Rep - RSS (Rigging & Service Solutions) in Salt Lake City.
In this role, one of the primary responsibilities is to promote the sale of Slings and other Lifting and Rigging Products as well as Services, Repairs and Inspections of Overhead Crane systems.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential clients in the assigned territory.
Promote and sell slings and other lifting and rigging products, services, repairs, and inspections of overhead cranes to new and existing clients.
Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and industry conferences.
Follow up on qualified leads and contacts
Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients and prospective
Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies, set targets, and achieve revenue goals
Collaborate with internal teams, such as customer service and operations to make sure the customer's needs are met
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities
Organize, manage, and drive sales to support sustained growth in assigned territory
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
Collaborate with the service team to coordinate service and repair activities for customer orders
Update and maintain CRM system covering the customers in the territory
Develop pipeline of opportunities to meet or exceed budget
Required Skills/Abilities
Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably in the industrial equipment, construction, or related industry. Experience in Rigging/Lifting products industry or overhead crane industry is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Comfortable with frequent travel to meet with customers in an assigned territory, largely spent driving behind the wheel of a car.
Proficient in sales tools to track leads, sales activities, and customer information.
Valid driver's license
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing or related field preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM Software.

The path to professional sales and a $100,000K + annual income.
In your first 30 days, you'll be setting appointments for our professional closers to provide services for windows, doors, roofing, siding and solar by going door to door presenting our amazing offer to homeowners.
Complete the training and learn the sales script. Get a sale your first full 7 days with the company. Have 5 sales by the end of your first month and at least 7 sales your second month.
Take part in our simple, proven sales training. In a quick, fun and easy way learn valuable skills such as:
a) Product knowledge
b) How NOT to sound like a salesperson and to be yourself.
c) How to listen
d) How to manage your day
e) How to maintain focus and a positive attitude
f) The habits of success
We believe that success is a formula, and door-to-door is the laboratory where you can learn, grow, and become successful. You'll learn alongside a team of like-minded individuals who are all committed to the vision and principles of Hero Home, and share the same desire for success as you.
Within your first 90 days, aim to earn more in a week than what you used to in a month at your previous job. Prepare yourself to become a Director and a professional lead closer. Learn our 5-step closing process script and master the closing skills to start closing your own leads. Setting and closing your own leads you earn 16% of the sale. Your income on a sale immediately doubles!
After 90 days pass off the requirements to become a full-time lead closer, a Director. Closing leads for Windows, Doors, Roofing and Siding jobs generated by other door-to-door sales reps and from our sophisticated marketing system. Expectations: Earning at least $10,000 a month.

To be successful, 6 hours on the doors a day 5 days a week is required
You will be putting in an 8 hour day with the morning sales meeting and drive time to and from your area. So plan on a 40 hour work week.

Position Summary:The mission of Sales Operations Specialist is to provide superior support for our global Hourly Cost Maintenance Program Sales Team, enabling them to sell more efficiently and effectively by providing strategic direction and reducing friction in the sales process. Streamline communication between the Directors of Business Development and the internal teams involved in the Sales process to allow the Sales Team to focus on sales.
Sales process optimization through the integration of applications and tools.
CRM management (Salesforce). The Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for maintaining an accurate Sales funnel, tracking the process of current enrollments, and updating enrollment records daily.
Generate, analyze and present reports.
Valuating, documenting, implementing, and communicating the company's best practices and formal processes.
Complete and process pre-enrollment paperwork (proposals, authorization forms, contract applications, compliance certificates).
Record, vet, and route sales leads.
Support with trade shows / exhibitions as necessary.
Education and Experience:
College education required.
Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.
Excellent computer skills with extensive knowledge of Word and Excel.
Discretion, ethic, good judgment, initiative, and the ability to work independently.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and set appropriate priorities.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Aptitude for creative thinking and problem solving.
Positive attitude.

For this role, the annual base pay generally ranges from $65,000 to $70,000, with the final offer determined by variable factors including but not limited to market location, job-specific knowledge, skills, education, and experience.
