Demonstrate and maintain appropriate knowledge of Esperion product payor coverage to deliver against market access objectives for the assigned territory Periodically attend local, regional and national congresses to promote Esperion brands to HCP attendees Demonstrate accurate and timely completion of all administrative tasks such as sample inventory, call submission & reporting, expense management, vehicle mileage reporting, and related duties as required by Esperion Ensure compliance with all corporate policies and procedures, completing all required compliance training, and consistently demonstrating behaviors aligned with company values Follow all Esperion Expense Report guidelines and adhere to allocated territory budget Establish and maintain effective communications among Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) and Territory Managers (TMs); organize and monitor performance to achieve the business potential of the Territory Monitor and strive to maintain consistency between Sales and Marketing efforts and ensure high standards for executing business initiatives Work closely with sales leadership and Market Access to maximize pull-through from commercial & government payers Ability to maintain vendor credentialing requirements for entities such as VendorMate and RepTrax in order to maintain access to customer locations. *additional duties and responsibilities as assigned Qualifications (Education & Experience) Bachelor's degree required. Preferred degree in sciences (eg. Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Kinesiology, Pre-med, other STEM background) and 1 - 3 years of pharmaceutical or relevant sales experience; or equivalent education and experience. Will also consider candidates with military background or similar experience demonstrating drive and discipline. Experience calling on or working with Healthcare Professionals preferred but not required. Must be willing and able to travel up to 30% including overnight stays for territory business and occasional Regional and National Sales Meetings Valid driver's license and clean driving record that meets Esperion employment standards Documented track record of consistent high performance in sales, academics, athletics, or other similar endeavours.
