Hawkers Asian Street Food 3.8company rating

Senior information technology manager job in Orlando, FL

Job DescriptionDescription: Here at Hawkers, we don't just serve food - we serve adventure. Our brand is built on the late-night street markets of Asia, crafted with the same heat, hustle, and heart that inspired our founders to open the first Hawkers in 2011. With 15 (and growing) locations across the Southeast, Hawkers is a celebration of culture, connection, and the electric energy of the streets that raised us. As we grow, we're doubling down on what makes us special: bold flavors, bold people, and bold community. We don't want to just exist in our local neighborhoods - we want to be part of the DNA. That's where you come in. The Role: The Hawkers Community Engagement Manager thrives at the crossroads of culture, connection, and creativity. Someone who sees a neighborhood not just as a zip code, but as an ecosystem full of partnerships waiting to happen, stories waiting to be told, and communities craving a brand that shows up for them. In this role, you'll be the ultimate connector: part storyteller, part strategist, part local hype squad. You'll shape how Hawkers shows up in every market, from grassroots activations to local collabs to the “wait, Hawkers did WHAT?!” moments that take our community relationships to the next level. If you love adventure, community, food, and the magic that happens when they all blend - you'll feel right at home here. Requirements: Design and lead community engagement strategies for each Hawkers location, rooted in local insight, aligned with brand initiatives, and full of Hawkers' unique brand personality. Build and nurture partnerships with local businesses, nonprofits, schools, creators, and organizations that amplify our community contribution. Plan and execute grassroots activations, events, sponsorships, and neighborhood moments that build awareness and drive traffic. Support new restaurant openings with pre-launch buzz, neighborhood outreach, and customized community programming. Work closely with field restaurant leaders to inspire and empower in-restaurant teams to build their own local relationships and community muscle. Track performance of local initiatives using engagement KPIs, event ROI, sales & traffic trends, and community sentiment. Stay on top of real market insights - cultural trends, neighborhood needs, and new partnership opportunities - to help shape brand strategy. Support the VP of Marketing and collaborate with other departments and team members to align community engagement initiatives with brand-wide objectives. What You Bring to the Table: 3-5 years of experience in community engagement, local marketing, partnerships, field marketing, or related roles. A natural connector with exceptional relationship-building skills and a passion for supporting local communities. Creative, curious, and culturally tuned in. You're the person who always knows what's happening in the neighborhood. Strong project management and communication skills. You can juggle multiple markets without losing the details. Experience in hospitality or restaurants is a big plus, but it's not required. However, a passion for food, culture, and adventure absolutely IS required. Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time to support regional initiatives across various markets. Flexibility to be based in any market where Hawkers has a restaurant location. What We Bring to the Table: A chance to shape how a fast-growing and bold brand shows up in every neighborhood we serve. A creative, high-energy environment that values bold ideas and community-first thinking. Competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and meaningful opportunities for growth. The unmatched joy of seeing your work spark connections, build buzz, and create memories that people treasure forever. This is more than just a job - it's a career-defining opportunity! At Hillpointe, you'll be part of a dynamic, innovative team that has tangible impacts on day-to-day operations and contributes directly to overall success. Director of IT The Director of IT will lead the internal IT function and own our Microsoft tenant end-to-end, working closely with business leaders to develop, implement, and optimize secure, scalable technology across corporate, onsite property management, call center, and construction teams. The individual will be responsible for managing IT support, continuing to build out a Tier 1 helpdesk, and adapting systems and workflows to keep pace with the organization's growth. This role will enhance cybersecurity practices, govern vendor relationships and costs, transition hardware/software inventory to ServiceNow, and align identity lifecycle to Entra ID integrated with UKG, so we can see each employee's equipment and software during onboarding and ensure proper recovery and license removal during offboarding. We run a tight group, and this leader must be strategic and hands-on, ready to jump in with tickets, equipment provisioning (including Intune/Autopilot and Dell factory provisioning), and incident response. The Director will also guide a new Network Engineer/Cybersecurity team member on best practices. Key Responsibilities IT Infrastructure Management: Analyze and optimize IT infrastructure and systems performance to align with the fast-paced needs of the business. Develop scalable endpoint and network standards and Intune/Autopilot provisioning patterns (with Dell OEM/factory support) that enable direct-to-user deployment and consistent security baselines. Coordinate regular maintenance, patching, and lifecycle refresh to ensure availability and minimal downtime across corporate and property sites. Cybersecurity Strategy and Risk Management: Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy to protect data, identities, endpoints, email, and networks. Identify and remediate risks and vulnerabilities, implement secure configurations, and lead ongoing awareness training. Helpdesk and Team Development: Lead the creation and management of a Tier 1 helpdesk to support ERP / line-of-business applications and core productivity tools. Establish SLAs, escalation paths, a major incident framework, and knowledge management. Coach technicians on customer experience, documentation, and automation; personally assist with escalations when needed. Vendor and Contract Management: Own all third-party vendor relationships - negotiate terms, track costs, renewal dates, and named users, and drive continuous improvement in service quality and price. Maintain a central vendor catalog and entitlement register (licenses, contracts, device warranties, carrier circuits). Hold direct relationships with Microsoft (M365, Azure, Fabric) and Dell (procurement and provisioning). Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Develop and manage the IT budget, including cloud subscriptions, Microsoft licensing, hardware refresh, carrier services, and tools (ServiceNow, security). Track spend and identify opportunities for license rightsizing and reclamation and smarter procurement to reduce total cost of ownership without sacrificing reliability. Strategic Planning and IT Capacity Management: Collaborate with leadership to align IT strategy to growth and operational priorities. Use capacity planning, telemetry, and KPIs to ensure infrastructure, endpoints, service desk, and security functions scale effectively. Translate strategy into clear quarterly plans, deliverables, and executive reporting. IT & Cybersecurity Auditing: Perform regular IT and security audits against policy and industry frameworks; maintain remediation backlogs with due dates and evidence. Ensure audit readiness for software licensing, device custody, access control, backups, and incident response. Present a single view of assigned equipment and software access for onboarding and offboarding, with auditable license reclamation and hardware recovery. ServiceNow Platform: CRM → ITSM & ITAM Transition: Assist on the 2026 rollout of ServiceNow CRM, followed by Helpdesk / ITSM (incidents / requests / problem / change) and IT Asset Management (HAM / SAM) replacing our current inventory and asset tracking platform, Asset Panda. Stand up CMDB relationships, lifecycle states, tagging/barcoding, stockrooms/RMA, and software entitlement tracking with usage insights for cost recovery. Integrate monitoring, Intune/device data, and identity data for end-to-end visibility. Hardware Provisioning & Field Deployment: Establish standard images / profiles and Autopilot configurations; leverage Dell factory provisioning for direct-ship devices with minimal IT touch.
