The Chief Information and Digital Office (CIDO) Enterprise Platforms and Applications organization is seeking a highly qualified Director of IT Management Solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership, possess a deep understanding of both IT solutions and the function they represent: IT Management. Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify needs, gather requirements, and promote IT solutions that drive value. Serve as the CIDO Corporate Function Point of Contact for the business function they represent.
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategies that align IT solutions with business objectives and enhance departmental performance.
Program/Project Management: Lead an IT solutions portfolio of ~$28M annually. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise platforms and applications, ensuring they meet the established goals and deadlines.

Basic Qualifications
Must have at minimum a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, InformationTechnology, Business Administration, or a related STEM field with 14 years of relevant experience OR a Masters Degree in a STEM field with 12 years of relevant experience.
Must have a minimum of 5 years proven experience in management (scope, budget, and schedule) of technical projects.
Must have knowledge of the IT Management area of the business
Strong understanding of technology trends, enterprise applications, and project management methodologies.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications

Primary Level Salary Range: $197,500.00 - $296,300.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. Coordinate complex multi-disciplinary traditional design and alternative delivery projects.

Job Purpose
The Manager, Enterprise Analytics is a hands‑on leader responsible for building and advancing analytics capabilities that drive data‑informed strategy and performance across the organization. This role oversees the design and execution of complex enterprise‑wide analytics initiatives, with direct responsibility for leading a small team of analysts and delivering actionable insights. The Manager partners with stakeholders to ensure analytics solutions empower decision‑making and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Stand‑up a high‑performing team of analysts, fostering a collaborative and growth‑oriented environment.
Develop and implement analytics strategies aligned with organizational objectives and business needs.
Deliver advanced analyses, scenario modeling, and custom reporting to support leadership decisions and operational improvements.
Establish and maintain systems and routines for monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) at team and individual levels.
Build and maintain enterprise‑level performance dashboards.
Create reusable assets including data models and visualization templates to support in‑function analytics across the organization.
Partner with business stakeholders to align analytics initiatives with strategic objectives and build in‑function capabilities.

Qualifications

Technical expertise in data visualization, dashboard development, and analytics automation.
Strong ability to communicate complex analytical concepts to senior leaders and stakeholders.
