What You Will Do:
Manage individual projects under the Strategic Project Management Office, including HR and Payroll modernization initiatives, data migration efforts, system integrations, and enterprise modernization projects.
Draft and maintain integrated project plans, executive strategic roadmaps , risk management strategies, and cross-functional timelines, resource plans, and critical paths

Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain an up-to-date stakeholder register across all active projects.
Prepare communications, briefings, status reports, and executive‑ready presentation material.
Support coordination across parallel modernization initiatives such as Retirement Modernization, SAP-to-Cloud Migration, SSoT data model changes, HR BI modernization, performance modernization, JBM decouple, ATS modernization, and related HR/Payroll transformation efforts.
What You Will Need:
Minimum of six (6)+ years of relevant experience, examples include: program or project management supporting enterprise‑scale, multi‑year IT modernization or business transformation initiatives for payroll or HR system portfolios.
A Bachelor's degree is required.
US Citizenship is required due to client project requirements.
A PMP- Project Management Professional certification is required.
Proven ability to manage large programs with multiple workstreams, high interdependencies, and executive visibility.
Strong command of industry-standard PM methodologies (PMP, Agile, hybrid approaches) and enterprise project management tools.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$216,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

WSP is currently initiating a search for a Drainage and Stormwater Senior Technical Manager for our Herndon, Virginia office. The successful candidate will manage the delivery of multiple drainage and stormwater design projects and hydrologic and have experience with hydraulic (H&H) studies for stormwater management, conveyance systems, resilient infrastructure, and flood control in Virginia and throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Duties and Responsibilities
Perform professional civil engineering on roadway, stormwater, and site projects for multiple federal, state, and local clients. Provide engineering services and project/task management of drainage design, stormwater management, flood control and H&H modeling. Local and state experience on drainage and stormwater management design projects is preferred.
Coordinate complex multi-disciplinary traditional design and alternative delivery projects.
Coordinate, review and approve design plans, ensuring data integrity and work is compliant with all applicable codes, ordinances, and regulations.
Mentor younger staff in the development of their design skills, including in the latest drainage and stormwater design focused on Virginia and local requirements.
Permitting, public participation, and coordinating/interacting with regulatory agencies, subcontractors, and clients in a confident and professional manner.
Oversee and monitor cross-functional teams in executing projects including budgets, tracking hours and expenses, and task completion.
Collaborate with professionals from a variety of disciplines to provide future ready solutions for clients.

Senior Project Manager - Structural Concrete
Washington, DC Metro
A leading commercial concrete contractor in the Washington, DC market is seeking a Senior Project Manager with expertise in structural concrete, rebar, and post-tensioning systems. This is a high-impact leadership role that oversees complex, large-scale projects from pre-construction through closeout.
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead end-to-end delivery of structural concrete projects, ensuring schedule, budget, safety, and quality targets are met
Manage rebar detailing, fabrication, and placement in strict alignment with structural and shop drawings
Oversee post-tensioning operations, including tendon installation, stressing, grouting, and QA/QC
Review and interpret structural drawings, rebar and PT shop drawings, and specifications
Conduct jobsite inspections covering shoring, formwork, PT installation, safety, and quality control
Develop and maintain schedules, cost forecasts, and reporting using tools such as MS Project or Primavera
Lead subcontractor buyouts, negotiate change orders, and manage procurement of concrete, rebar, and PT materials
Ensure compliance with DC building codes, OSHA standards, and project-specific requirements
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients-leading meetings, resolving issues, and protecting relationships
Mentor and develop Project Managers, Engineers, and field staff
Proactively manage risk related to cost, schedule, constructability, and site constraints
What We're Looking For:
8+ years of construction project management experience, with 5+ years focused on structural concrete
Proven hands-on expertise with cast-in-place concrete, rebar systems, and post-tensioned slabs/structures
Experience managing projects in dense urban environments (DC market experience strongly preferred)
Strong knowledge of formwork, shoring systems, concrete testing, and quality control
Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and Microsoft Office
Confident leader with strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple complex scopes under aggressive schedules
OSHA 30 (or ability to obtain); PTI certification is a plus
Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the DC metro area
Preferred (Not Required):
PMP or CCM certification
Experience with high-rise, multi-family, or government projects
Familiarity with LEED or sustainable concrete practices
