Aeris is looking for a dynamic and experienced Service Management Leader to lead and grow our Service Management team. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Global NOC Assurance, this pivotal role is responsible for leading a team of Service Managers who ensure service stability and fast service recovery through the use of service management processes and practices. Leadership & Strategy

Problem Management

Change Management

Chair the Enhanced Change Advisory Board (ECAB) to review and approve proposed changes.
Customer Communication
Establish and maintain clear and effective communication channels with customers and internal stakeholders regarding service incidents, planned maintenance, and other relevant updates.
Develop and implement communication strategies to keep customers informed and engaged during service disruptions.
Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and ensure that Service Management processes are aligned with customer needs.
Team Management
Recruit, train, and develop a high‑performing Service Management team.
Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management to team members.
Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, InformationTechnology, or a related field
10+ years of experience in IT Service Management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Deep understanding of ITIL principles and practices; ITIL certification (e.g., ITIL Expert, ITIL 4 Managing Professional) is a plus
Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management processes.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of hiring and managing people of different cultures distributed globally

Compensation
The salary range for this role is $150,000 to $180,000.

As the primary technology partner to the Holding Company (HoldCo) Corporate Functions (Finance, Legal, HR, Treasury), you will own the stakeholder relationships, architecture and delivery for the corporate center. Service Management: Oversee tech services (Application, Data, Infrastructure, and Service Desk) provided to the HoldCo. Define SLAs, provide management reporting, and hold providers accountable for performance.
Security & Compliance Collaboration: Partner closely with the CISO and Audit teams to prioritize vulnerability remediation, ensure regulatory compliance and oversee Identity & Access Strategy.
Culture of Innovation: Champion a "Digital‑First" culture within the corporate headquarters, driving upskilling, experimentation, and prototyping to set the example for the OpCos.
Operating Company (OpCo) Enablement & Governance
Strategic Partner for Adoption and Scaling: Act as an advisor to OpCo executive leaders, drive the conversation on emerging technology transformation identifying high‑impact AI use cases and guiding them from pilot to production.
Synergy Creation: Identify opportunities to share data assets, infrastructure, or intellectual property across OpCos to maximize group‑level efficiency.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE
Experience: 15+ years in global Technology leadership, with a blend of Digital Transformation, Solution Architecture, Delivery Management, and Operational Excellence.
Innovation & AI: Practical experience with AI/LLMs, automation, and data platforms is required. Background in a high‑growth Corporate "intrapreneurial" setting or Tech/AI Start‑up is highly preferred.

Responsibilities and Duties
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating construction projects according to predetermined timeliness and budgets. Building and managing project teams, client reporting, and ensuring quality control throughout the project life cycle.
Manage Project Development from inception to close out.
Be accountable for project results.
Work with project client and stakeholders to complete project charter outlining scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget and timing.
Conduct weekly team status/progress meeting(s) with team and stakeholders.
Complete work breakdown structure to estimate effort required per task.
Provide a project schedule to identify when each task will be performed.
Clearly communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders.
Act as a mediator between stakeholders and team members.
Resolve any issues and/or solve problems throughout project life cycle.
Effectively manage project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented and approved wit project change request forms.
Determine if external consultants or contractors will be required to complete project plans. If required, recruit and manage appropriate staffing resources.
Track and report project milestones and provide status reports to client.
Lead, coach and motivate project team members on a proactive basis.
Determine how results will be measured and complete a post-project evaluation to determine how well results were achieved.
Develop tools and best practices for project management and execution.

Ensure all project documents are organized and archived following project completion.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management from an accredited University and/or College.
A minimum of 5 years' experience in Construction - Project Management of Heavy Civil, Commercial, Construction with Federal and State sector projects.
Must be able to perform estimates and quantity take-offs using appropriate software
Familiarity with Project Management tools and/or software package (SAGE 100 software a plus)
Demonstrate leadership management skills.
Rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities.
Experience developing/working within a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
PMP Certification is an asset but not required.
Excellent communication, problem solving, and analytical skills.
Ability to elicit cooperation from SeniorManagement and other departments.
