Trains, assigns, directs, supervises and evaluates personnel.
Reviews the work of personnel assigned to perform a variety of wastewater collection and water distribution system construction, maintenance and repair activities.
Inspects work performed to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Plans and coordinates traffic control plans at work sites; obtains permits from Department of Transportation.
Ensures compliance with work safety principles and rules, including those associated with confined space entry.
Investigates complaints and recommends corrective action to resolve complaints.
Serves as technical resource regarding areas of assignment; answers questions and provides information to the public.
