Job Description Established in 1909, George Junior Republic (GJR) and its affiliates provide opportunities for success and wellness to the individuals, families, and communities served. In order to meet the needs of the youth placed in the facility, GJR in PA is hiring three shift supervisors. Summary of the Position: The Shift Supervisor will be assigned to work 7 a.m. - 3 p.m., 3 p.m. - 11 p.m., or 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. The Shift Supervisor assumes responsibility for the operations and actions of the Behavioral Health Technicians in the unit.
