About the role
As a ShiftSupervisor, you are responsible for all aspects of Health and Safety during field execution. Additionally, you will also be responsible for the continuous development, mentorship, and training of new and existing employees, and ensuring operational effectiveness. Please note that there is a sign-on bonus opportunity for this position.
Position Responsibilities
Responsible for the management of the quality, safety, and accuracy of field execution for assigned projects.
Effectively lead large and/or complex projects with minimal to no support from a Project Manager. The Site Supervisor will also be responsible for distributing work to other team members and overseeing on-site Foremen who have been tasked as the leader of specific project tasks.
Coordinate and manage site requirements such as equipment rentals, material deliveries, subcontractors, additional resources, etc.
Provide remote and in-person support to Foreman and other Site Supervisors.
This individual may regularly be required to operate CDL Vehicles and/or Heavy Equipment. This individual will also perform manual labor to support project objectives.
Identifying and developing leaders within the organization.
Maintain a working knowledge of our core field services and acquire the necessary knowledge and training to support the expansion of our professional services.
The role involves providing the Project Manager with progress updates and discussing the project schedule in detail. The Site Supervisor must also be able to inform the Project Manager about the planned work.
Working directly with Project Managers to maintain the project budget and inform them of potential cost savings.
Notify the Project Manager of onsite issues, but it is expected that the Site Supervisor will manage and address the site complications and/or unforeseen issues.
Occasionally perform site walks and work with Project Managers to develop means and methods for site work.
Support and contribute to in-house safety trainings.
Active member of the 24-hour Emergency Response team.
Position Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor of Science or the equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in field supervision, construction management, or industrial services
Proven ability to lead and manage large or complex field projects independently, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency across all phases of execution.
Strong leadership and team development skills, including mentoring, training, and identifying future leaders within the workforce.
Practical experience operating CDL vehicles and/or heavy equipment, with the ability to perform physical labor in support of project objectives.
Effective communication and coordination skills to manage site logistics, update Project Managers on progress, and resolve on-site issues proactively.

DeLallo is seeking candidates for Production Line Associates on the Overnight Shift in our production facility. This is a full-time position with the primary responsibilities including the proper packaging, labeling, and shipping of food items through the use of a variety of equipment.
Schedule:
Sunday through Thursday: 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM: weekends and overtime, as needed
Deliverables:
Operate and oversee a variety of equipment utilized in the processing of food products
Assist in the daily set-up and operation of the equipment as the production schedule dictates
Maintain a steady pace and adjust as needed to match production speed requirements
Ensure that facility and equipment comply with GMP practices
Monitor product packaging line for proper container fill
Maintain proper levels of supplies to line and proper flow of product through various packaging stages
Stack product or boxes of product on pallets
Manually package product and ensure labeling is properly affixed when required
After completion of production run, clean and sanitize equipment and work area
All other tasks as assigned or required
Job Requirements:
Willingness and ability to work with products that may contain gluten, cheese, pine nuts and other food allergens
Demonstrate a high attention to detail
Willingness to wear company issued uniform, safety shoes, and PPE as required
Ability to frequently bend, reach, twist, pull, push, and stoop
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Summary of the Position: The ShiftSupervisor will be assigned to work 7 a.m. - 3 p.m., 3 p.m. - 11 p.m., or 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. The ShiftSupervisor assumes responsibility for the operations and actions of the Behavioral Health Technicians in the unit. The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure the safety, security, and operations of the staff and persons served.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise staff
Support the oversight of treatment and programming
Provide safety and security at all times
Document as required per agency guidelines and standards
Provide food service to persons served
Engage in treatment planning and treatment team meetings
Plan and coordinate daily youth activities
Complete required training per policies and regulations
Pass medications/oversee medication pass
Follow established routine to support structure
Provide safety and security when transporting youth.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and one year working with youth (preferably in a secure setting) or Associate's degree and 3 yrs. working with youth (preferably in a secure setting).
Must have a valid driver's license
