Stadiumred Group CEO and leadership

As Chief Financial Officer at Stadiumred Group, Michael is responsible for the planning, implementation, managing and running of all finance related activities. These include; business planning, budgeting, forecasting, vendor negotiations and obtaining and maintaining investor relations and partnerships. In addition, Michael is focused on growing exponentially through strategic acquisition and is helping to spearhead our M&A initiatives.

Prior to joining Stadiumred Group, Michael came from the restructuring world, assisting clients by

providing financial analysis; advising debtors and lenders in complex restructuring alternatives and

turnaround scenarios for underperforming companies and their stakeholders.

Debbie Kaplan is a Chief Operating Officer at Stadiumred and is based in New York City, New York. She has worked as Managing Director of Operations at K&L FIELD MARKETING, LLC, New York, NY; EVP, OgilvyAction Director of North America Operations at Ogilvy; and Marketing/Production Director at Frank DiLeo Management. Debbie attended Martin J Whitman School of Management.

Michael joined Magna in 2012 and serves the dual role of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer.
