Minimum 5 years' experience. Experience managing an enterprise Learning Management System (LMS) or working with LMS administrators Strong basic office computer skills (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint). Experience creating eLearning courses using Articulate 360, including Articulate Rise and Articulate Storyboard. Strong preference for experience at a semiconductor manufacturing (FAB) facility. Knowledge of instructional design principles and concepts, including adult learning models, evidence-based training practices, and training design & development models (ADDIE, etc.). Demonstrated experience creating high-quality technical training activities and instructional content that can be standardized to reduce development and maintenance time and deliver exceptional user experiences. The current base salary range for this role is between $57,760 - $127,770. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience.
