MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Age 18 with high school diploma or GED
Six or more months of prior work experience in childcare, education, or a related setting
Ability to pass background checks, clear tuberculosis screenings, and (upon hire) successfully complete trainings required by the state of Arizona to supervise children independently
Ability to independently supervise, communicate effectively with, and care for young children safely, including ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs
