Key Responsibilities

Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-based environment

JOB DUTIES
Provide one-on-one case management. Perform initial client assessment with emphasis on self-sufficiency and independence.
With youth participation, devise and develop individual work plans designed to move the youth to self-sufficiency and independence.
Provide detailed, thorough monitoring of youth adherence to work plans by persistent and consistent follow-up through home visits, office visits, and off-site visits.
Recruit youth by obtaining referrals from in-house and outside resources and the community at large.
Comply with all WlOA documentation requirements in a timely fashion including contacts and activities involving youth, employers, and other groups; develop and maintain a well-organized filing system. Advocate for the program and develops a pool of effective community support resources by working with employers, parents, civic groups and legislators to build awareness of and support for the program; develops job opportunities, participates in public relations activities, attends meetings and speaks to various community groups.
Communicate accurate and timely information to the Program and Assistant Program Managers concerning progress related to assigned projects/activities and client work plans. Express any needs, concerns, and/or problems in completing projects.
Awareness of all programs, projects, and activities provided by various departments of the agency.
Participate in supervision and group meetings with Program and Assistant Program Manager.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of 3 years social service case management experience required .Public Affairs, Social Work, or Psychology preferred. Emphasis on case management techniques, counseling skills, and networking skills.
Experience working with youth accompanied by knowledge of adolescent development issues.
Must successfully complete Family Development Specialist Training if available. This includes maintaining these certifications.

Details of Youth Services Caregiver Position
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in planning, preparing, and running daily, weekly, and special programs (academic, recreational, artistic, and social-emotional)
Lead assigned activities, ensuring they are safe, engaging, and inclusive
Set-up and clean program spaces, maintaining organization and safety
Supervise children during activities, free play, and transitions
Build positive relationships with youth, provide homework help, encouragement, and conflict mediation
Identify and report concerns or behavioral patterns to the Youth Services Coordinator
Assist with meeting individual needs of participants
Maintain attendance and assist with child file
Help track supplies and program materials
Communicate regularly with the Youth Services Coordinator
Support communication with parents/guardians and collaborate with other Vincent Village staff
Monitor program areas for safety, follow child protection policies, and assist in emergency drills
Supervise youth on trips and events, ensuring safety and positive experiences
Assist with permissions, scheduling, and transportation arrangements, including if qualified, driving youth when required (following all safety protocols)
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED required; some college coursework in child-related fields preferred
1-2 years' experience with children/youth in structured settings
Will consider candidate with equivalent combination of education and related experience
Qualifications
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
CPR/First Aid (or able to obtain within 60 days)
Must pass pre-employment screenings such as a background check(s) and drug screen
Valid driver's license and insurability through Vincent Village, Inc.'s insurance carrier is preferred
Physical Requirements
Constant exposure to work environment is typically controlled, agreeable, and in a non-smoking office, though travel may occasionally expose employee to inclement weather conditions; additionally, the work environment will take place outdoors as weather permits children to play outside
Employee must be capable of constantly moving about and interacting with children in indoor and outdoor settings
Employee will frequently need to position themselves to lower spaces or ground floor to interact with children
Frequently move items up to twenty-five (25) pounds
Frequently ascend/descend stairs
Occasional activity associated with attending meetings within the organization
Employee will frequently be required to audibly address/convey information to large groups of people in an indoor and outdoor settings
Frequently communicate with others and/or express oneself via meetings, over the telephone, and through written channels
Good reading comprehension, listening, verbal and written communication skills
Constantly recognize and discern written material
Very infrequently, if at all, may be required to drive/operate a Vincent Village, Inc. owned vehicle

Responsibilities
What You'll Do
* Lead 3-4 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence-based curriculum.
* Facilitate group discussions using a "plug and play" approach from approved modalities to meet members where they are within the guardrails of our clinical framework.
* Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches.
* Monitor member progress and document outcomes.
* Support a positive, recovery-oriented environment for members.
* Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups' mission.
Qualifications
* Salary range: $50,000-$70,000/ year *Based on experience, and education
* Schedule (EST): Mon 9a-7:30p;Tues 9a-8:30p (WFH); Wed 9a-8p; Thurs 9a-4p;
* Bachelor's degree.
* An active IN behavioral health license or certification including but not limited to: CADAC II - V, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAC, LSW, LMHC-A, LMFT-A, LAC, LCAC-A and associate level status with ability and willingness to obtain licensure reciprocity in other states
* Minimum two years of experience leading group therapy in a SUD setting.
* High comfort level with Technology: EMR, Telehealth software, Google products (Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets/Drive), mobile apps, etc.
* Compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care, and an investment in member success.
* Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week up to 9pm as needed.
* Other preferred backgrounds, experience, and skills include: mental health, social work, substance use disorder treatment, therapy, human services, social services, medication assisted treatment or MAT.
