TBS Factoring CEO and leadership

Jennifer Fogg Lickteig concurrently holds the titles of CEO of Capital Funding and CEO of TBS Factoring, LLC, joining the family of companies as President in November 2016 and being named CEO in March, 2020. Capital Funding and TBS provide alternative and receivables financing and specialty finance to small and emerging businesses and will reach almost $2 billion in transactions this year.

Formerly, Lickteig was the Chief Operating Officer at GiANT Partners, a leadership consulting firm in Edmond. A native of Southern California, she came to Oklahoma City in 2005 as CEO of an Oklahoma based woman-owned, minority-owned small business Construction and Disaster Response contractor.

Jenn has more than 25 years of experience serving in leading corporations with an emphasis on Construction, Engineering, Advertising, Federal and DoD Agencies, Disaster Response and Crisis Management and Financial Services. Fogg is a proven transformational leader, an Executive Coach and Certified Professional Facilitator.

In 2014 Fogg was honored by the Department of Homeland Security with the National Small Business Award for her work with FEMA during the response to Hurricane Sandy. Jennifer has overseen over $500 million in federal construction & environmental contracts and has won her companies more than $10 billion in capacity. She served as a National Vice President for the Society of American Military Engineers, and is a Fellow of that organization and the Founder and Past Co-Vice Chair of its National Foundation, comprising more than 30,000 member world-wide.

Jennifer is currently a proud member of Leadership OKC Signature Class 37, serves on the OKC Board of Directors for Bank of Oklahoma, The Boys and Girls Club, the American Factoring Association and was named one of Oklahoma’s top CEO’s in 2012. Fogg’s companies have earned subsequent honors many years in a row on the Metro 50 list, Best Places To Work and Inc. 500 Fastest Growing Companies, as well as being named Oklahoma’s Top Small Business of the Year and the United States Small Business of the Year.

Hailey Benton Thomas is a Chief Operating Officer at Tbs Factoring Service LLC and Director of Human Resources at Tbs Factoring Service LLC and is based in Oklahoma Area, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She has worked as Director Of Human Resources at Renaissance Learning; Human Resources, Employment Law Specialist at Pepperdine University; and Assistant Managing Attorney at Floyd Skeren & Kelly. Hailey studied at Pepperdine University between 2005 and 2008.
