Adam Lopez is a Chief Operations Officer at TeleHealth Solution and Chief Operations Officer at The Hospitalist Solution and is based in Cleveland, North Carolina. He has worked as Practice Manager/Credentialing Specialist at The Hospitalist Solution and Billing and Scheduling Specialist at OptiMed Hospitalists. Adam attended Penn State University between 2005 and 2009.

Kirk Elder is an entrepreneurial healthcare technology executive, who has focused much of his career on transforming healthcare through revolutionary business models (Cloud, APIs, AI, EcoSystems). Integrity, courage, and simplification form his core values.

Kirk is currently working with Philips as the Global Innovation Leader responsible for Population Health Management and API EcoSystems. In this roll Kirk is responsible for Remote Patient Monitoring, Telehealth, Care Management, Patient Engagement, and Collaborative Virtual Care solutions. Working close with the Chief Architect, Kirk has led and pioneered Philips' pivot to Open API based integrations and architectures.

Kirk Elder's previous full-time position was as the CTO of WellCentive for 6 years. Since 2005, Wellcentive has driven quality improvement, revenue growth, and business transformation for providers, health systems, employers, and payers transitioning to value-based care. Wellcentive was acquired by Philips in 2016. Previous to this, Kirk held senior management and architecture positions at healthcare abstraction and analytics firms and large industry leading SaaS electronic health record companies. Kirk has deep experience in the development of innovative clinical analytics, dictation, speech recognition, natural language processing, BPM, and B2B Solutions.

Kirk is also a board member and founder of various startups and technology initiatives, as well as volunteering and advising for community health programs and outdoor programs and small businesses. He holds a B.S. in Physics with a certificate in Mathematics from Georgia Institute of Technology. During his education he worked in experimental non-linear dynamics, chaos theory, and quantum mechanics.

Kirk is an avid Mountain Biker, Hiker, and RV'er, and lives with his family in Brevard, NC.
