Key job responsibilities
- Owns and delivers the operational budget for functional area, including safety, productivity, financial and labor planning, and operational goals for outbound, or inbound operations

- Drives continuous improvement projects to optimize operations and improve productivity to meet and exceed business objectives; works on strategic projects that have total building and network-wide impact. Job Duties

The OperationsManager directs and coordinates activities involved with procuring products for sales and distribution.
On a daily basis our OperationsManager :
Hires, trains, directs and manages all warehouse staff, which may include warehouse associates, drivers or other positions based in the warehouse.
