Our filters are from countertop to whole house. For our whole house filters, The water first passes through a high-flow 1 micron sediment prefilter. This deep pleated cartridge has maximum filtration with minimum pressure loss (only 0.25 psi at 8 gallons per minute). Then the water enters the main tank where KDF and granulated activated carbon (GAC) remove chlorine, heavy metals (including lead), tastes, odors and chemicals. All the water in your home - kitchen, bath, showers, and laundry are filtered! The media filters approximately 300,000 gallons of water (about 3 years).
While most water filters take about 5 gallons just to make 1 gallon of purified water, we pride ourselves in allowing you to drink every drop of water that goes through our filters.
