Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Development

Oversee accurate and timely timecard processes to improve payroll accuracy.
Ensure incident/loss reports are filed promptly and follow-up actions are taken.
Maintain compliance with all safety standards, OSHA requirements, and industry regulations.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
Champion the company's move toward paperless operations and improved digital workflows.
Evaluate and implement system improvements to increase operational efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
Act as an advisor to identify and implement better methods, tools, and practices for increasing productivity and throughput.
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies in restoration/construction to maintain a competitive edge.
Continuously seek ways to improve service quality, team performance, and operational effectiveness.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
5+ years of progressive experience in operations, project management, or administration within the construction or restoration industry.
Proven ability to manage multiple teams, projects, and priorities simultaneously.
Strong understanding of estimating, project cost control, and production workflows.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - able to collaborate effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, project management tools, and ERP systems.
High mental acuity and problem-solving ability with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.

**Pay and Benefits:**

Assist with events sponsored by the UC, and help to facilitate fall, spring, and summer trainings, for student employees
Participate and facilitate ongoing A/V and lighting technology professional development
Implement operational procedures, methods, and policies to achieve established goals, meet policy and building code compliance requirements, and ensure outstanding customer service:
Assist with UC facility general quality control (spot check setups, signage, cleanliness, postings, and other items as needed)
Assist in providing event advising with campus stakeholders (as required)
Assists with movable equipment inventory
Responsible for ongoing emergency response training and communication with UC staff, as well as ensuring safe working and event conditions.
Assist with event support when reservation volume indicates additional staffing or expertise is needed
Develops, schedules, implements, and evaluates operational procedures and work plans to align with strategic direction for the UC Building Operations units:
Serves as the resident steward for UC, Drumlin, and Esker A/V systems
Manages the operation and maintenance of sound, lighting, audio visual (A/V) and other technical presentation systems
Be proficient and manages ongoing trainings for 25 Live room scheduling system and serve as emergency backup to the Operations & Events Manager as needed
Duties include lifting A/V and lighting equipment, working at heights, working on aerial lifts, and driving university vehicles
Participates as a member of the University Center Staff
Facilitate weekly Building Use, staff, and other meetings as assigned
Serve on committees and events as assigned, ie: UC Building Use, UC Staff, UC Programming, SOAR, Preview Days, Warhawk Welcome, etc.

What You'll Do:
Serve as an integral part of the Merchandise and Licensing Department directly assisting the Chief Commercial Officer and Director of Merchandise & Licensing
Manage the AO Racing e-commerce store
Count and receives in all inventories
Pulls, packs, ships worldwide online orders; manages and orders supplies
Maintain and manage communication with customers
Assist in decisions regarding purchase orders and merchandise assortment, playing a key role in reordering and new product decisions
Sets up, sends and maintains purchase orders and other receivables/accounting documents
Maintain communication with vendors, coordinating logistics to ensure timely and smooth product arrival
Manage the inventory count throughout the season, maintaining accuracy within the online store and event system
Collaborate with Marketing team, bringing fresh ideas for merchandise inclusion in sales, incentives and promotions for the e-commerce program
Assists in AO Racing's employee uniform and equipment program
Maintain logs of crew uniforms and AO employee apparel
Orders and distributes crew uniforms and AO employee apparel
What you'll need:
Bachelor's degree in management, marketing, or a related field preferred
2+ years of experience in a retail merchandise role, preferably within the sports or racing industry
Experience with retail merchandising software and tools
Extensive proficiency in Shopify, Google Suite; 3+ years preferable.
Exceptional time management and organizational skills, effectively prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with precision and efficiency
Strong negotiation, relationship-building and communication skills
Ability to Travel as needed. This travel includes weekends.

Role Description:

What you'll do:
Direct several operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, and recruiting.

Manage performance KPIs, identify and track key metrics and plan continuous improvement efforts for your facility.
Use data driven reports and analyses to identify avenues for continuous improvement and propose solutions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
Hire, train, coach and motivate team members in your facility; you will be responsible for setting the team's goals and managing them.
Establish, follow and enforce safety standards and procedures in compliance with a healthy work environment and legal requirements.
Share knowledge with other locations and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs.
Accountable for ensuring that all operational processes, including receiving, storage, handling, and shipping, maintain the safety, quality, and legality of products. Supports adherence to standard operating procedures and ensures timely escalation of any product-related issues.

4+ years of leadership experience.

The full base pay range for this position in our compensation architecture is $69,998 - $116,663. We are targeting a salary range of $85,000 - $90,000 for this role.
