Handles phone calls, faxes, emails
Follows up on outstanding lender conditions.
Coordinates and schedules settlement date, time and place with all parties involved.
Maintain notary network and update on a continuous basis
Reviews closing documents to ensure all applicable documents are included
Resolves customer and agent issues.
Understand each states closing requirements
Maintains a positive working relationship with all customers and inter-department staff.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Adheres to company policies and guidelines.
