JOB SUMMARY: Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for supporting multiple HR related functions such as new hire orientation, exit interviews, benefits, reporting, audits, and special projects as assigned. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Provide excellent internal customer service for employee requests, questions and concerns. Respond to various documentation requests from current and terminated employees, as well as outside vendors, regarding employment. Assist departmental audits pertaining to employee's files, benefits, and ADP data when necessary. Create new hire packets and assist with orientation when needed. Reconcile and process all billing invoices in regards to the HR Department. Maintain and update employee personnel files. Perform other duties and special projects as by the Human Resources Director.
