* Proficiency in the Microsoft Office package.
* Experience in conducting group workshops/training for job readiness skills.
* Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
* Ability to use creativity and enthusiasm to motivate people of all ages and adapt learning activities to meet group and individual needs.
* Ability to locate resources to overcome potential barriers to successful program completion.
* Self-motivated, flexible, and able to work in a team.
* Have Puerto Rico Law 300 certification.
* Have a valid Puerto Rico driver's license and a good driving record.
* Being bilingual is required.
* Experience with curriculum development and lesson planning.
* Knowledge of various teaching methodologies and classroom management techniques.
* Familiarity with ESL (English as a Second Language) teaching strategies.
* Ability to use educational technology and integrate it into lessons.
* Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity to diverse student populations.
